Wash & Dry Coin Laundry

Going to the laundry for the first time was quite an experience for me. I had a few mishaps, like forgetting to add detergent to the washing machine. Then, when I tried to open the washer mid-cycle, it wouldn't budge. Thankfully, the attendant was incredibly kind and patient. He explained that the washer couldn't be opened while it was running and reset it for me, even though it meant I had to add more money. He assured me that if there were any more issues, I could always ask for help. The workers were so understanding and accommodating, making the whole process much smoother for me. Also, I plan to visit this laundry regularly in the future.

First time here and very disappointed! My detergent & water was all on the floor due to the machine leaking. My towels and washcloths are not cleaned to my liking. I told the guy here and he just said he’ll let them know about the leak.. I definitely won’t be returning here anymore! 🤬🤬 …

No one to assist machines expensive but don't work properly. I have my machine break 3 times

I've used this laundromat in the past. I only go there when I'm way behind in my laundry and want to get everything done quickly. It's been a long time but it was spotlessly clean and all the machines worked. I see since then that they have put in new washers and dryers. I have questions., Can you please add your prices to your website? Also indicate the size of the washers and if you have a rug washer. Is there still a change machine on site?

First I want to say I frequent MANY LAUNDROMATS in the METRO AREA due to me having a pick up drop off service THIS WAS BY FAR THE ANSOLUTE WORST LAUNDRY MAT I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED I WILL NEVER RETURN NO BATHROOM NO INTERNET SERVICE (dead zone) WASHER DIDNT WASH DRYER $2 clothes still wet just a complete waist of time the owner should be ashamed & REDFORD TOWNSHIP HOW TF DID YALL ALLOW A WHOLE PUBLIC BUISNESS WITH NO RESTROOM

Half the machines are out of order. And it's incredibly hot inside. They did have a bench outside, thankfully. The laundry carts did seem new and the folding tables were clean. I will go again if the need arises since it's very close to my house.... but I had no idea it would be that hot. Uggggg. No one wants to drip sweat over their clean clothes.

DO NOT GO HERE! NOT WORTH IT! The place was suppose to open at 11am, the owner, who also owns the party store it's connected to did not unlock the doors until 11:03am. There is no change machine in the laundromat, you have to go next door to the party store for change. This is THE DIRTIEST PLACE I HAVE EVER SEEN! No attendant on site must mean no one CLEANS! Its been months since the tops and sides of the washers have been wiped down. The mix of detergent, dead fruit flies and random drips down the fronts and sides of the washer make your imagination run wild trying to figure out when was the last time it was cleaned. The floors under the tables and along the sides hadn't been swept all week. I wasted $1.75 for a top load washer that was filthy with dog fur or something stuck to the inside. I had put my money in before I saw it so now I had to walk BACK to the store side and ask for more change. I told the woman behind the counter about wasting my cash in the machine and all she could ask was didn't I see it before I out my money in and her only solution was that she would tell "him." My final straw was when I went to dry and there were many machines not labled as broken. One machine only had one Out of Order sticker but both the top and bottom were broken. Another wasn't labeled but the other patrons saw it take at least 2 people's change. I was almost the 3rd victim. I wonder how many others fall for that SCAM? Consequently there was a wait to dry because only about half of their dryers worked. At that point I packed up my wet clothes and went somewhere else to dry. I will not be back and I recommend you avoid this place like the plague as well...

DO NOT GO HERE People steal clothes here and the owners will do little to nothing to at least see who did it. What’s the point of having cameras if your not going to at least watch them back to see what happened. Everyone’s experience my vary but be aware that there are people that steal clothes that also wash here. Go at your own risk

No stars if I could DO NOT GO THERE IF U A ALONE FEMALE so I went there pretty early like 630pm done at 8pm super creepy guys walking in a out of the laundry mat just standing there like 6 feet away for the whole time I was putting my clothes in the dryer I thought he was gonna rob me ot steal my clothes when. I walked away no attendant no coin machine no bathroom u have to go next door to the store to get change I'm assuming they own it creepy you guys need to run those 2 3 guys off cuz I was scared

Never seems to fail. None of the machines work properly, spending twice as much as you would anywhere else. There is never an attendant in the store, you have to go to the liquor store to get assistance, which is basically them telling you that they can’t help you, or it’s too bad on your part. They have a restroom they keep locked so nobody can use them, claiming that it’s out of service. Strongly advise to go someplace else

First time at this laundromat and it was one of the best I’ve been too. They have a bunch of brand new machines and are a very reasonable price not like the other laundromat I’ve went too. I will be back to wash and dry in the future

I like this place because its quiet and clean. The new machines makes it a great peaceful place to wash with a plus for me cause I can wash my car across the street and a store next door, also 3 restaurants near by Arbys, Checkers and a Coney Island ❤

Many broken machines. Also takes a long time to dry clothes because most dryers are not turned up like they should be. Don’t waste your time or money.

I went there tonight and I seen 2 Bed bugs before I put my clothes in luckily! The owner started swearing at me when I told him about them. I wouldnt do my laundry here unless you want Bed bugs!

1st & last time using this place. My clothes were dripping wet when the machine stopped & I was told there's nothing they can do until the guy (whoever that is) stops by. In the meantime I can leave my name & number for him but they had no contact info for this guy. End result I'm out of my money.

Super clean, some of the newest equipment in the area! Only laundromat attached to a convenience store I've ever seen.
