Hazel Park Laundromat

I come here all the time, usually I have no problems. But tonight, around 8 I went to wash my kids covers and work clothes with their school clothes. A little before 9 I put my load in the dryer got change from the lady there. I went home which is literally up the street from the laundry mat to feed my kids dinner RIGHT QUICK. I set an alarm on my phone to be back there by 9:20pm bc I knew the place closes at 9:30pm. When I got back up there @9:20pm the lady was gone the door was locked and I couldn’t get my clothes. This is so frustrating because I do have work in the am which my work clothes are in there. My kids uniform was in there and their blankets to go to bed with was also in there. I just think it was rude for her to leave her shift so early knowing someone’s clothes was in there. Not only do I have to call off but my kids will be late for school and we had nothing to sleep with tonight. I will be making a report to management hopefully it’s taken care of .

Very clean and reasonable prices machines are really new and great to use

I wash here every two weeks always clean no long wait and the staff here are polite and helpful

They didn't believe me when i told them that their machine ate my money, then when i proved it to then it took over 10mins to give me it back. Later when i started doing my laundry one of the workers told me i had to "cover up" even though it was only a crop top, so they made me do my laundry in my winter coat. Wouldn't recommend it here.

Literally have misleading hours the door say 9:30 the website says 9 when you come in at 7:30 she says u can’t use the bigger washer which using the smaller ones cost more and takes longer and I told her they should have a sign or something stating that! They literally make up there own rules depending the person!

Staff members (short white lady with gray hair) are rude and annoying they follow you around and try to tell you what you can and can’t do with your clothes and your money don’t come here.

I’ve been coming here for about a year washers and dryers are great and the prices are also great. However every time I come here one staff member in particular is always harassing someone. She is an older white woman I honestly don’t understand how she is still employed here. She is very rude and her customer service skills are terrible. She talks to people like they are beneath her and she is always rushing people off of machines. Any time you ask her for help she has to make a smart remark before assisting you. Sundays are supposed to be peaceful and relaxing I can’t even wash my clothes without her breathing down my back. I will no longer be coming here.

Large laundromat. Nice selection of high capacity washers. Reasonable prices. $7.50 for the largest front load washer. It's always clean. The attendant is helpful.

Whoever this gray haired, older lady is that’s working right now needa to be fired ASAP. I am NEW to the area & usually go to Skylar, this machine stole $5 of my money, woman refused to believe it, I asked for the owners name, she refused. I’m assuming this is the woman everyone else is complaining about? STAY AWAY. I can’t believe I just had to call the police over $5

Overall a decent laundromat but it concerned me that I was warned to not use certain machines due to "tendencies" with the ones I was advised not use. Very polite and helpful staff person. Quite a bit mold where u put the soap in at but it didn't seem to affect my wash. Overall I think your experience will be fine so long as you don't get one of the funny machines. Prices are typical, small wash $3.00 then rises up to the big wash at $7.50. Dry is $0.25 per 5mins. Bathroom decent, for customers only. Nice laundry carts.
