Vogue cleaners refused to replace the buttons on a corduroy blazer they dry cleaned. The buttons on the blazer including the buttons on both sleeves were destroyed. They told me they have a posted sign saying they arenot responsible for any damage to your clothes. Run DONOT use this rogue business!

White van with Vogue Cleaners advertising all over it just cut us off in traffic and then was swerving all over the highway and drifting into the next lane. Please practice safer driving! Our highways are dangerous enough without that kind of distracted driving.

We will never use this company again. The staff lacks customer service skills and they don't stand behind their work or their word. The school allowed us to use a couple tablecloths for an event and we took them to Vogue to be cleaned before returning them back to the school. Vogue ruined both tablecloths and refused to compensate the school for them after speaking with me on the telephone and telling me to come in as they would take care of it. Nothing was stated to me about "my own risk" nor did I sign a wavier. They made me feel that they knew what they were doing and could properly clean the tablecloths. ~ Gibbs Class of 1984~
