Avoid this place at all costs!! Absolutely rip off and the staff is rude. Came in this evening to wash some clothes and got ripped off when it came to drying my items. 50 CENTS for a few minutes not even 8 minutes!! Other locations in this area give you 8 minutes for 1 quarter. The lady working the counter got an attitude when I asked for some bleach. Next time I will travel across town or to a different location! Avoid this place!!

This location is clean and the machines that work, work well. A few are out of order but there are so many that this is not noticeable. One down-side is that they only take coins. So, you do need to bring coins with you. A change machine is available but frequently out of order. So, I recommend bringing what you need with you. They offer drop-off service. I tried this. The service associate was friendly; we communicated through Google translate as she did not know English. The laundry was ready in less than 24 hours which took me by a pleasant surprise. I brought in 5 bags and thought it would be a few days. When we picked them up the next day, the same associate was working and readily volunteered to assist me in loading the bags to my car which is greatly appreciated. I was disappointed to find that the clothes were not folded. I consider this mostly my own fault, as I did not ask; I am just accustomed to this being part of drop-off service. The clothes were clean and well cared for. I would appreciate the opportunity to add on a folding service in the future. I read a few other reviews and noticed criticism for customer service. I find this surprising because I have a positive experience every time. I do know that the associate I usually see is not an English speaker, and I wonder if that is a bigger issue for other patrons. I don't expect 5-star service at the laundromat; I expect someone to be polite and helpful, which has always been the case here. If it is important to you to have an English speaking customer service associate, this location is not for you. I somewhat expect laundromats to be self-serviced without staff available. So, I consider it a perk that they do have someone on site to speak to. I chose 4/5 stars because Ypsilanti does have other laundromats with options to pay by credit card and / or more reliable change machines. If this could be improved, I would consider this a 5-star laundromat

It's been a while since I had to use a laundry place but either im old or this place was expensive, I gave it 3 because machines were broke down and the front load washer machines were expensive! Not great but not terrible

I chose to come to this laundromat because it was closer to home. Next time I’ll make the longer drive. The atmosphere is nice and it’s clean. But they are very overpriced and the little clerk behind the desk severely lacks customer service!!!! The washer was not soaping up at first like usual, so I asked her about it. She walked over without saying one word to me and just kept watching it. Finally it started sudding. So I asked her if it just had to go thru a certain cycle before the soap runs. She just looked at me and did not say anything back. You are not better than me sweet heart!! You should learn some customer service before being rude. You have no idea what a person is going thru!! Needless to say strictly because of her rudeness I will not be back. And I spent well over $20. Oh and not to mention almost all of the dryers have out of order signs. It cost .50 to start the dryer for 5 mins 😂😂 talk about a total rip off.

Community sink is broken, coin machine is broken, and bathrooms were out of toilet paper so the lady just locked them. Plenty of places to buy toilet paper in the area, but no problem solving was done. I would say at least 1/3 of the machines were out of order. Oh and to top it off the air condition was set at brisk 80 degrees.

The place is clean, quiet, nice bathrooms. The washers are extremely expensive. Standard top loader is $4.00 Double load is $4.75 Quad load is $7.25 The dryers are ridiculous. $.50 for 5 min. If you add quarters the time becomes inconsistent. Some dryers add 10min per added $.50. While others at 8min per added $.50. Some even adding 7min per added $.50.

They don’t have anything and their washers suck. I feel like my clothes didn’t get clean. The person at the front desk was rude. After reading the comments and seeing them try to say someone is trying to defame them after someone told their very real experience, I don’t think this place is professional at all. The desk attendant was on her phone talking very loud. They don’t want us to use the water.

These reviews are lying this shit is too high I just paid 50cent for 5 minutes of the dryer and then another .25 per 5 minutes. This be pissing me off because y'all know poorer people need these facilities! Never again and the employee in there talking with her phone on speaker. No, that's why this shits empty. Never again!

I come here because it’s kept clean opposed to other laundry mats I’ve been to in the area. But beware that most of the units are out of order, and there isn’t a card reader so u have to bring cash or coins. The worker had to refund me many dollars because the machines that are “working” steal coins- it’s very annoying. To add… there isn’t WiFi
