I missed a funeral because they didn't open for 3 hours after their normal opening time

My family and I have been coming here for years and always the experience was positive. Recently they lost an expensive jacket of ours and completely denied that it ever existed despite for the fact the receipt said there was one jacket and we were 1 item short from the listed total items on the receipt. After they realized their mistake, and the price of the jacket, they went on the defensive and tried to blame us for losing the jacket, insulted my girlfriend and threatened to call the police when we demanded answers. At the end of the day they are a good dry cleaner but they have no integrity or accountability to the customer. I will not be returning and would not recommend them to anyone going forward.

Been coming here for years ruined my grey Burberry hoodie with chemicals changed it colors. Gave them another chance then they gave me back my clothes with stains on them I brought them back still in the plastic & lot a pair of my jeans and denied ever having them in the first place . and the guy who owns the cleaners threw my clothes back at me and screamed at me after I respectfully showed him the stains. I will not be going back here again & you shouldn’t either not only are they rude they could care less about the customer and damage your items . If you have nice quality clothes I suggest going to Grosse pointe cleaners

I’ve used this place for years. I just brought a pair of brand new Toomy Bahama pants to them and they changed the color pants with their chemicals. When I called the owner told me to return them to Tommy Bahama. I told him it’s not their fault you ruined the pants. I will take my business elsewhere from here on out. Avoid this business!!!

Ruined a brand new Michael Kors jacket. Completely changed the color then blamed me for bleaching the jacket at home. Absolutely crazy! Refused to take responsibility for their actions. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME

Awful customer service. Lost a 300 dollar jacket. Won't offer any remedy or reimbursement. Extremely rude to us (including to my elderly mother who has been going there 20+ years; had her in tears). Will never be going back.

Ruined my boyfriends sweatshirt and sweatpants. Do not take designer clothing here. When we addressed the problem he threw the sweatshirt back in our face.

I've been coming here since 2020 and they have done quality repairs on some clothes that I thought I would have to get rid of and cleaned stains that I couldn't get out.

Terrible customer service. When the problem was addressed on the very expensive coat I was told to call Macy's because it's not their fault for ruining it.
