I've seen cleaner laundromats, but I have also been to some that are like a construction area. Prices are decent though. EDIT: Find a different laundromat. They obviously don't care about Maintenance here. Sink in the bathroom has not had running water to it in the 2 months that I have been coming here. Hot water gets room temperature at best! Everything needs a good cleaning.

Dryer had something inside Ans messed up all clothes. Called and they were very responsive. Directed us to put tape over coin to prevent happening again before they could assess. .

For the second time in about 3 weeks, the restroom is locked and unavailable for use. Given that I've never seen any employees actually working here over the last 7 months and about 8 visits, seems safe to assume that the restroom has been locked for at least 3 weeks. Also, a dryer I used flipped to low heat on its own, of course right AFTER I put my money in. I wouldn't expect all of the machines to be working perfectly, but I would expect to be able to get help from an employee on site. I did call the phone number they have prominently displayed at the front of the store but only got an answering machine. There IS a service aspect to this kind of business, but apparently not here.

The worst ever laundromat. The owner doesn’t answer phone calls about his machines not working. The owner voicemail is full so you can’t leave a message. The worker has no access to help customer when the machine does not work properly. Old and outdated machines. I will never come here again. I can’t believe the machines are not service properly therefore your clothes do not go through a full wash cycle. This place should be shut down until owner can properly service all the equipment. I will look into contacting who approve the laundry license and Department of Health.

Used Dryer #12 (top)today after washing my light beige comforter. It came out with black grease or something. Company won't respond to calls. Left message and called 5 hrs later and when they picked up, they immediately hung up, three times. I spent $10 and got a dirty comforter. Update: Owner responded and did the right thing.

There are never ANY employees there to assist with questions or concerns, AND the help line leaves you with an upsetting experience due to a lack of response. The worst experience was when I paid $7.50 for the big washing machine load and it broke between the prewash and wash cycles. I waited and called periodically for 2 hours only to get no response from anyone. When the closing guy FINALLY got there he smirked at me and said, "sorry for your luck, I just close the door. The owner comes in at 5am and leaves soon after." So I didn't get to even get my clothes back after all that.. No compensation.. These are everyday issues due to the owner having too many businesses to be able to take care of them all. That last comment was from the closing employee's own words. This was told to me to calm my frustration, which in turn, only angered me. If an owner has too many businesses and cannot afford to support them, they need to let go of some of those businesses in order properly run their remaining establishments to DECENT STANDARDS. Its simply proper business ethics. Edit: 7:20 am I got a call from Billy and explained what happened. He offered to drop off the clothes or call me to have me pick them up

Very clean and maintained. Only downside is that there is rarely anyone there if you have a problem, but I haven't had a problem. Ceiling fans going and front and rear entrances open for cross breeze keep it from becoming a sauna, which is much appreciated!

Came to wash clothes and apparently it is close so it would be nice if they put a sign up or update their time because it clearly says open til 9 am
