FROM A SCALE FROM 1 to 10, 0/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND, AVOID THIS PLACE On a normal day we came to do some laundry nothing worse, we tried to use a machine the worker said we can’t use it like we don’t have permission but so I was first to come and claim them and she started saying we need to let other people use it , and it was only 4 working laundry because half of the laundry was not working!!, i asked if I could talk to the manager she called him and started putting lies in her mouth saying that this place is very busy today which it was not busy today I even have pictures, and she tried blocking the machine saying we need to let one of her friends use it, she said that we do this every week and hold the machines which we don’t come here every week if corrected, once a month, keep the lies in your mouth, and plus ur making a lot of money from us just so u know my dirty clothes are paying ur salary, the worker and manager started having an attitude with us and, she tried involving other people no need for that its our business isn’t it, BIG REMINDER 🤢 the whole place was dirty and the staff attitude was dirty, half of the machines was out of order and wasn’t working , the roofs were messed up and spider webs everywhere how can you run a business so nasty and disgusting, don’t spend your quarters and money on a waist of attitude, and bs save it instead.!!!!!

If I could, I would give no stars whatsoever. When I got there, I was already regretting it but im new around the area so I tried to give the place the benefit of the doubt, but when my blankets didn't wash correctly after washing them 2 times in the machine, i was upset and disappointed I regretted even going there in the first place. 1. The place looks a mess and dirty when you walk in. 2. Almost all of the machines don't work. 3. Their are bags of clothes in almost all the drying machines. 4. The drying machines don't even dry your clothes completely. 5. The machines have a leaking problem no one fixes. There are towels on the floor everywhere. 6. If you're clothes or blankets, don't wash correctly the person in charge doesn't care to help. You have to pay again $4.50 "big machine" or 3.50 "medium machine" for the machine to "wash" your clothes or blankets again. IT SUCKS!!!! Lastly, I will never go back there again. I don't recommend it to anyone. I left there wondering how in the world this laundromat is still running.

I just went to wash some blankets. I was greeted in a friendly matter and was offered help on multiple occasions. I had no issues. My blankets came out clean and dried properly. These were very thick blankets. Make sure you bring quarters, however, they do have a change machine that takes bills. Neither one of the personnel showed an attitude or agitation in the slightest. Overall good experience, I will be returning when needed. There are places to sit and places to fold and there is a TV to watch if needed.

Small, quaint, personable establishment that provides on-spot, eager to assist with anyone and anything staff, it flows harmoniously, regardless of its quirky-yet-functional machinery. Even machines have 'some' degree of individuality and personality! The place flows efficiently and effectively, and the staff's respective vibes are harmonious as well ✨️

First time doing laundry! It was an amazing experience ! The laundry assistant he wa so polite very helpful and understanding that I had no clue how it worked . Highly recommend with great customer service .

If I could give this place a zero I would. What’s the point of opening the place if you ain’t letting people use the washing machines?, I’m disappointed with the worker there who’s a female of color, saw how she was rude to a customer and saw how she was all up in their business and involving other people WHICH IS INSANEEE it was so obvious she was RACIST TO THIS CUSTOMER and being all nosy, I also noticed how half of the washing machines including dryers were broken and dirty I also saw some Roaches/Spiders/Flys/Bugs etc, so they should call pest control cause that’s disgusting! I wish I took photos of the worker and the machines but I’m not gonna waste my time coming back to a dirty place ever again, AVOID THIS PLACE AT ONCE!!!, I wish I saw these reviews sooner that way I wouldn’t have gone there, also seeing how the owner is defensive himself and his employees in all the reviews is crazy maybe the owner should start fixing himself and learn better in business so unprofessional.

Friendly and fast wash & fold service with good pricing.

Great super friendly and helpful staff. Plenty machines to get your laundry done. Safe and quiet environment. And the owner always greets you with a smile and maybe some words of encouragement. You won't be disappointed.

Walked in and walked right back out!! Presentations is important at least to the customer choosing to spend money there. It must not be important that important to the owner, there was bags if clothes stacked everywhere, even in the dryers. Towels lining the floor around the washers. Truly disgusting!! The pet wash sinks at Tractor supply were cleaner then here!! No thank you. I will spend my quarters elsewhere. Also as I read the reviews, its so unbelievable for an owner of a establishment to defend these condition in anyway with not even one apology first!!!

Water was overflowing from the machines, muddy footprints everywhere and poor customer service from the female attendant
