EZ Laundromat

I have to go to this laundry mat now due to my complex not fixing the laundry machine. This place is really nice, clean n if the machine doesn't work they try to fix it asap n it doesn't take forever. And if it can't get fixed quickly they try to figure it out. For example the big dryer wasn't working n the door would pop open, so they put duck tape on the door n problem solved for the time being. There is no more hold on a wash or dry any they have a laundry card u get which is so helpful if u have a tight budget, you're able to throw as much on there as you need to and not stress about the following week or weeks if your budgets tight. There's good n bad comments on here, some might be true n some might or some might be added more to it than being the truth like any review for stuff n places. But that being said... I will continue to go here. And one of the people working there... She refolded my laundry after it was dropped off to be done by the company and I was told the previous folding wasn't to her standards so she refolded it. The clothes were folded n presentable. It's nice to see people take their job seriously n try to have the customers happy at the end.

Expensive and has very dirty floors. Clean machines though. Fast and easy to use. Attendant was great. very helpful. My clothes were dry after putting through the wash but I chalk that up to me being stupid. Overall a good place to do laundry.

Giant washers and dryers. Smaller dryers are more expensive than any other marlboro dryers. They give 4 min per quarter, others give 6. BUT if you use the giant dryers here you can pile so much more clothes and pay the same rate as the small dryers so. Downside: only four giant dryers and two are coin only. Yes they have bathrooms and an attendant. Wash and fold available, you pay about double what you would spend to wash it yourself (not including soap ect) but I guess that's normal for this.

We travel all the way on Sundays from Worcester just to use this laundry mat. RoRo is extremely pleasant and willing to help in any ways. She is always there when needed. Because of her, that is why I keep coming back. Something goes wrong, she is right there helping..

They stole a pair of $100 fear of god essential shorts I just bought and won't return my phone calls in spent $65 to have my laundry washed and folded just to have it cost me 175 and at least a pair of shorts and a bunch of socks. I'm super particularly with my clothes and I specifically had them washed for a trip I was taking and that's the first thing I noticed missing I should have had them check the Weight at the end too

I like the idea of wash dry and fold, but both times I've been in there the attendant was missing in action. I can't keep wasting my time going here and waiting for a no show.

I came in from Texas to do laundry and roro made it so easy.

The lady running place(Ro Ro) is always helpful and courteous. She is professional and always helps us. We come every week from Worcester because of her.

I forgot a sweater behind, when I came back a few days later the employee was wearing it. She lied about keeping it and not following procedures about left behind clothes.

The woman attendant is VERY RUDE!!! She has the nastiest attitude when you ask for help with anything!! Isn’t that your job to help customers who are coming to spend their money at your facility?? The extra large washing machine changed our settings back to the default settings when we clearly selected our soil level to be heavy since there was a great amount of clothes in the machine, I asked her for help and it’s as if she didn’t care and couldn’t help. The clothes barely got soaked with water and they didn’t smell clean. We pretty much wasted $12.75 on washing dirty clothes just for them to be dirty again. And it’s hard finding a machine that works being that mostly all the machines have out of order signs on them. Yeah, take your money else where because they surely don’t deserve it here.

On November 6th around 1:40 pm I went to do my laundry. I've always separate black clothes from the others, and I had maybe 10 small pieces of black clothes. I used the smallest machine as I had so little black clothes. The lady that works …

We got charged 3 times $14, only 1 transaction was removed, but 2 are pending only for using a machine of $5.75 and another one $7.75, plus $5 of dryer. Why are we still being charged an extra $14? It doesn't make any sense. Liked the place but not going back until they fixed that!

Edited again: There is a large sign next to the attendant with one line about the $14 hold. However I take back the comments about the attendant being helpful. I went there …

I was a little iffy going here after reading some of the reviews but I’m glad I went! The woman who worked there was so helpful and so nice. The washers that held up to 80lbs was just amazing. And the prices are great! Definitely somewhere I would be heading back to.

I used this laundromat for 2 years for self service. Recently, my clothes came back smelling like smoke and the clerk refused to acknowledge it or offer any solution. I tried again and got my order clothes back inside out and was told that I needed to accept it. Folding my clothes was too much work. I won’t be going back

If I could leave zero stars I would. No staff on site. You have to prepay for the loads to want to do. 15 minutes on a dryer cycle is not going to do anything. This place is just trying to get your money
