Maywood Laundromat

To whom it may concern, I have been a client of this laundromat for many years, and I typically do my laundry in the morning. However, I recently had to visit in the evening on a weekend, and I noticed a significant difference in the cleanliness of the facility. The laundromat was much dirtier in the morning than in the evening. Since I don’t have time to wash in the evening, it’s frustrating to pay for a service that isn’t consistently maintained. I believe it's only fair that all customers receive the same level of cleanliness regardless of the time they visit.You should take action and talk to your employers because the situation is poor in the morning. I'm at the laundromat right now no water came in one of my machines my clothes are still dirty I used the two machines numbers 32 and 33 and it cost me $10.39 a piece. The lady saw that no water came into the machine and told me because there wasn't an error code that she couldn't do nothing about it she wouldn't call the owner and didn't I wanted to call the police.

Love that there is a attendant on duty, and it clean well maintenance

Quick clean and quiet... LEVI is such a great guy... He cares about the customer and he has a very personableness about himself... Very attentive- He could be like my uncle. I feel like I know him so well ... You are the employee of the year in my book... Yesterday came in and washed my clothes quickly and they came so clean.... Happy to be part of a quality laundry mat...

Someone left bleach in one of the compartments of the washer… The Mexican lady at the counter act like she didn’t understand my urgency with stopping the load so I can change machines Luckily I had an old tshirt in my car so I used it to soak up the bleach in the compartment. But I’m writing this review to express how disappointed I am in the customer service when it came to an emergency with my clothes. She didn’t even help me or ask if everything was ok… no compassion… I’m finding another laundromat to go to after this and I’ve been going here for years! I guess it’s time to switch it up because I did not like that at all. I don’t even want to finish my loads but I started them already

Nice clean facility. Love love love the woman who works here. She's a gem and I can tell the community benefits from her being there. I wish this place was black owned but at least the system Makes sense. You load money into a card and the dry cleaning is very cheap but a big wash comes with two dry cleaning cycles.

The best laundromat ever n the man who work night shift is such a nice guy he deserve a raise !!

So I drop off 50 or so pounds of laundry for the drop off laundry service I was greeted by Stacy I spoke with Stacy over the phone my total order was $45 I gave her a full bottle of Tide and a full bottle of a very expensive downy softener I asked her to use the entire bottle of detergent I want to be drenched in the smell when I received my clothing there were little bitty stains like typical stains (I scratched one stain off with my finger) it could come off with a damp towel or water so I looked through my laundry and realize this employee put all of my clothing in the dryer with some fabric softener dried all of my clothes charged me $45 stole the tide stole the Downey and folded my clothes and put it in a bag when you move from a white neighborhood to a black neighborhood the customer service goes out the window

Really nice but gets crowded at times. Other than that the machine works really good and the dryers dry fast!
