MC Coin Laundry

It’s been hour and no on has show up to open the door Obviously, if they were a little late, that would be understandable, but an hour almost 2 hours and late and yet no one has showed up and a lot of people are here. Waiting at seven. That supposed to be open.

My dryer is broken. I have been here before and was satisfied. Today I come in to dry my clothes. I used my card, the dryer didn’t start so I asked for help. I was informed that I added money on the bottom machine that is being used for clientes drop off clothes. I was told she couldn’t do anything about it. So I asked her are you telling me you can’t put 50 cents on the dryer that my clothes are in? She said no. I asked her to call the manager. She informed me she is the manager. There are arrows on the machines . It doesn’t say the credit card option is only for the bottom machine. I think it’s really dumb to be rude and unhelpful over 50 cents. She actually saw me put my clothes in the top dryer and proceed to use the credit card. At any point she could’ve stop me and said it wouldn’t work for the top dryer. Edited to say that I have no idea how to contact the owner, that would’ve been my first choice. I looked on here. Last thing I want to do is call the number and get the same girl that was rude and unhelpful

I’ve been using MC Coin Laundry for months now, and it’s a great service to use. The facility is always clean and the machines are very modern and efficient. The Staff is very professional and always willing to help you. Joshua always make sure the atmosphere feels safe and he is very welcoming to his customers. I highly recommend using MC Coin Laundry for a hassle free good laundry experience!

I came in to do my laundry, since I live in a apartment that has bad washers and dryers, and was felt very welcomed as I walked in. I was greeted by a kind gentleman who helped me get a washer. Even showed me a deep clean cycle, which I used for my blankets. The place was nicely cleaned and staff were very friendly. They even do a Drop Off Service, which I find convenient.

Been going here since we moved to morgan city. Never had issues and when we did the lady's always helped out and fixed it. My only complaint is clothes will seat in the washers or driers well over 30 mins because ppl leave. Workers nor customers arent allowed to pull the clothes out. It has been a few times they've been busy and no washer or drier was available because either they were been used which no problem or the clothes was sitting there. at one point they had 6 dryers with clothes done and no one came to get them for over an hr which was the time I was there and that was me waiting for machines to be cleared. Unfortunately they don't enforce ppl to either get their clothes out in a timely manner or they won't be responsible for them. As it should be. This is the first place that doesn't enforce such rule, and was told they have gotten into trouble for doing so.

I am extremely pleased with MC Coin Laundry's cleaning and folding services. I've been taking my clothes to them 1 or 2 times a week for the past 5 months, and they have been great the whole time. Every worker that I've met has been very friendly and professional. They usually have my small to mid sized laundry loads cleaned and folded within 2-4 hours, only once did they take longer and they told me upfront (I believe it was Ms Rhonda) "We had a lot of people drop off their clothes last night, so your laundry probably won't be done for two days, but I am going to stay later to help get it done faster"). I got my 'your order is ready' message late in the evening that very same day. They have a very satisfied customer in me.

Great experience. Locally owned. Amazing Service. I had a horrible stain that I wasn’t able to get out of my favorite dress shirt. Joshua went above and beyond to take care of my clothing and they were able to get the stain out and returned to me in less than 3 days just in time for a very important interview. I’ve been coming back every two weeks ever since. Thanks ☺️

I've been coming here for a few years now and I have always had exceptional service. Josh and Ju always has a smile on their face. They assist with anything you need help with. Highly recommend
