Family Sudz Laundromat

Hi i visited this location, there is no fans or ac. It’s very hot, please don’t visit if you don’t have a car to sit inside of while you wait. Also None of the dryer were on. You can only wash here, & do not use the pay range system half of the machine do not work with them, & your money will be loss.

Someone used to take care of this place but it's filthy most of the time now. I kept going for a while because of the convenient location for me, but I don't feel comfortable taking my laundry here anymore. The machines are dirty, the floors need a good scrub, there are forgotten clothes all around, dirty mop water buckets and other things sit out in the middle of the floor...I could go on. It could be nice again if it was taken care of properly.

Probably the worst laundromat I’ve ever been to. I use this location because it is convenient but from now on I recommend traveling further if you can. The worker who finally decides to clean up for once. Mops the floor at 12pm while people are washing. Instead of her just putting a sign up she starts complaining about shoe marks after she mopped asking me if I can just stay on the carpet and wait. She wasn’t worried about anyone falling but she was concerned about SHOE MARKS! She doesn’t wipe down machines or clean anything. She just just wants it to look like it’s cleaned enough for people to spend their money. Hire a REAL cleaner or just sale the place to someone who can actually keep up with it. Also, half of the machines are always out of order and the vending machines are always empty. Added pictures because of course the owner will deny everything.

I went there last night and it was so clean. I remember that it used to be a dump with muddy shoe prints, disgusting machines, and dry sheets everywhere but now the floors are cleaner, there are fewer mud, dry sheets, and they clean the seat! The machines are actually being cleaned now, besides some being broken. The worker puts in an effort to clean and is much nicer than the last one. I've even seen her help people when she's busy.

not sure what’s going on with this place but they started off so strong. now it’s like they gave up on it. i came to wash clothes in the triple load washers but for the 3rd time in a row there’s more machines out of order than working. i was forced to basically pay double for my loads and use the super load since the giant load machines were also out of order. not to mention how dirty it’s become. i open 3 washers in a row to find it full of either animal hair or leftover soap or dirty residue. today will be my last day coming to this laundromat. i don’t recommend coming here. not worth it

OMG...it has been years since I was here and I will never go back! Disgusting! If I could give zero stars I would. Half the machines don't work and it looks as though NOTHING has been cleaned in a very long time.

Whoever owns this place is so unprofessional. If half of the machines aren’t working why is this dump still open ? This place is disgusting the floors are muddy as well. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Never coming here again

Almost half of machines out of order. Facility was dirty and crowded, despite being off-peak hours. Of the 5 machines I used, 3 would not accept coins due bad coin mechanisms. This forces you to use the app, which charges .75 to 1.25 MORE per load. No employees on site. This place is a joke, I will never be back.

Classic case of business being sold to somebody who doesn't care at all. I've been coming here for 20 years and since it was sold a few years ago, it's awful. Dirty, half the machines are broken, the dryers tear up my clothes. The last straw was when a bunch of my clothes got stolen last week. I'm not gonna be back, this owner sucks and this laundromat is garbage now.

Great place to do laundry !!! And Bobby the owner is great service came right away for my friend when one of the laundry machines were not taking her money due to coin over load !! Thanks Bobby for helping us out !! Will be returning for the next laundry day !!
