State of the Art Laundromat

This place is awful. Owners are nowhere to be found. Staff could care less about how many carts one person can use. People will horde carts and god forbid you only want one. People try to steal your laundry if you don't watch them every minute. Place got new machines about 2 years ago. Was bit pricey but understood with new machines. As I said, staff does not care at all. Tried to contact owners to complain but Staff lady told me she wasn't authorized to give out owners info. I left my name and number and colore surprised... Heard nothing. Save your money and lessen your stress.. find another place and show them that loyalty to customers matter.

So I come to this laundromat ever week! I truly feel that a lot of people that go here feel like they own it! There is no one regulating the 13 loads of laundry that people are leaving in the dryer to go about their business. Every time I come there are constantly clothes to be removed in pretty much all the dryers. I truly believe this. Business would see more customers if they were to take action on laundry people leave in the dryer. People here hang out like it’s a holiday inside. One personal experience I had is having a girl stare me literally up and down for a folding table. I asked her if she wanted to take a picture. You can finish you laundry here and still have people lingering around for absolutely no purpose but to take up space! Really sick of this place can’t wait to stop having to deal with constantly waiting on others.

The staff is really nice but they don’t know how to maintain a clean place. I’ve been going here before the new owners and it has always been clean but now I’ve seen so many cockroaches. This is not the first time I’ve seen this.

I love this place, I love the staff as I am there every week doing my laundry. I just have one problem with one of your workers. You hired her recently, and she cleans the place. I was just in there earlier tonight and I brought my meal to eat while waiting for my laundry. I had my sandwich, vitamin water, and a box of goldfish crackers. I ate my sandwich and took a few sips of my water. I went to take my clothes out from the washer, and I went to put them into the dryer. I had almost a full bottle of water and the box of goldfish was still sealed on the table next to my seat. I came back to sit in my seat, and my water bottle and the box of gold were thrown into the garbage. I saw her throw away someone else’s water bottle that was filled sitting on the machine they were using. I was mad that she touched my stuff and threw it into the garbage. Is this lady not in her right mind to see that she touches the customer’s stuff and throwing it away? It would be different if the water bottle and the goldfish box were empty. Next Sunday when I come, she better not touch my water, food, or anything of mine. I don’t want to give you trouble, but she has to know not to touch out stuff as we are for a couple of hours, and we bring stuff with us at times to kill time.

Huge and clean spot I’ll come back again Wow … I’m back and what I see it’s all brand new look and all brand new machine !! Love it

Not a bad over all laundry mat, plenty of washing machines in all sizes, as well as a large amount of different sizes dryers as well. The down side is people think they own the laundry basket when they're not even in the place & keep personal belongings in the laundry cart. Have respect for others! You don't own the laundry baskets the laundromat does! Leave your stuff in your own shopping cart or get 1!

The female laundry attendant here this morning (11/12/23) is horrible. I used 5 washing machine’s and had a problem with two of them not rinsing all the detergent out of my clothes. I showed the lady the machines and all she said it’s not my fault it’s to much detergent in the machine, but the other three machines were fine with the same amount of detergent added. I requested to speak to a manager and she lied and said ooh my boss is sleeping. How would you know if you never made a call. Stay away from this place. I have been coming here for years and have never had a problem until now. This is my last time coming here. I should’ve took head to all the other negative reviews. One star is to much, I wish I could give zero stars.

Nice, new machines that work with a card so your not touching dirty coins. Free drying to an extent. Unfortunately no longer 24 hours like they used to be in the past. Still recommend if you like to wash your clothes during the day. Personally I prefer to wash at night when there's not many people so I go to a 24hr laundromat instead.

My Wife & I called before 10pm to ask when was the latest we could get there to do laundry.We were turned away a year ago bc it was 10pm & they closed at 12am . We were on our way & about 15 mins away. The older lady that closes with the reddish hair was extremely rude saying that the doors close in 15mins to do a wash . The time was 9:40pm btw . Anyway, I don’t usually write reviews & not to be long winded but a lady came in at 9:59pm & was disrespectfully turned away by the same lady shouting at her that it’s after 10pm. The lady only spoke Spanish so we had to translate for her & we spoke up to the employee but she was still turned away. We were so disappointed & disgusted.

Good laundry, but the Spanish lady working here, complains so much for my kids while we're doing laundry, they start talking each other saying that we have a uncontrollably kid, and stuff like that, literally every time we go, please owner …

The new owners cleaned up the laundromat tremendously from the previous owners. The washing machines are good. The dryers however stop they don’t continuously cycle, a tactic to make more money so we have to put more money in for drying. …

Everytime I come it’s always cold inside I don’t think they turn on the heat at all I come here all the time

I have been going to this laundromat for many years. Previously the machines were always broken BUT now they have new owners and what an amazing transformation they have done. Would love to meet the owner and just personally say Thank You!!
