This place use to be good to go & wash & dry. Not anymore. The lady who works there has the most God awful look on here face all the time. When she talks to you, that is no different. The dryers are set way hot. When you go to take them out, your clothes are hot & they burn your hands. It socks going here. I go to the laundromat across the street now.

I would give this place zero stars if I could. Today around 12:20 PM, all of the dryers were available, and everything seemed fine at first. I didn’t have paper bills for the change machine, so I asked the attendant if she could exchange my $2 in coins for quarters. She refused and told me to go to Dollar Tree instead. I walked over to Dollar Tree only to find a sign saying they were closed due to low staffing. By this point, I had already started putting money into a dryer but didn’t have enough quarters to finish. I had to pull my clothes back out, leave, and drive to a gas station just to get change. The gas station happily exchanged my coins, but the extra trip was a major inconvenience. All I was trying to do was dry clothes for my husband to have for work tonight, and instead I wasted time and gas. This whole experience was unnecessarily stressful and frustrating. I will not be coming back to this laundromat.

Online and on the door states the laundromat closes at 11pm, I arrived at 10:15pm with a small sized grocery bag of just washed clothes that needed drying because unfortunately my dryer went out ...so I needed to use their services to dry my small load which should take no longer than 15minutes MAX! The lady working tonight decided to deny me service and was completely rude even turned off the lights in one section of the building while she continued working! I've used this laundromat many times to wash larger items, I will no longer return to this establishment.

I have been coming to this laundry mat off snd on for over 20 plus years....and I can say that the owner and the staff are very rude. I dont go there anymore as this place has gone down hill. I use the laundry mat across the street next to the gas station. Very friendly staff and helpful. If the staff at Soap and Suds was nicer they would be getting my business still....instead they run off their customers

I was told by the lady who work there that they close at 9:30 during the week but online it says 10pm. Also she allowed others to start drying after 9:30 precisely at 9:48pm but was rushing me to finish. She is Spanish and so were the other customers that were allowed to finish and dry there clothes. I drove quite a ways to get there and would not have knowing they closed early. They need better customer service and to update there website.

She is THE RUDEST individual who speaks ZERO English because of her I'm reporting this establishment to THE BBB to make sure they're operating legally. I had no clue you couldn't wash your small pet beds, she came yelling at me and called the police because I had no clue what she was saying!!!!!! She NEVER removes clothes just have people waiting for dryers! THE RUDEST!!!! My last time ever coming here!

Trust me when I say reviews can defineyly hurt your business .. just the reviews in this place I would never wash here ..

I love washing my work clothes here the place is always neat and clean the washers leave my clothes clean , the bathroom is always clean and tidy . The employees are very nice and polite and friendly.

I haven't used this location very much but when I did it was really crowded and no good machines and I feel like they could use some sprucing up. But my clothes did get cleaned. 🤗 …
