Lavanderia Cin Laundry Wash & Fold

It’s fine as long as you don’t want to wait inside or have an issue. No a/c or circulation. No electronic payment methods. Also, the owner is very rude as non-helpful.

Came to wash before 7 PM. Google says they close at nine. I loaded the washers and had my clothes in it. It wasn’t until another family member or friend of the lady that works the night Waited until I loaded the washer then came and said that I cannot wash as I was about to put money into the machine. I give it a one star cause it is one star. They are rude and chose when they want to insult people of different race. I fully understand what she said in Spanish and she then proceeded to say as if she didn’t understand what I was saying. Please don’t do business here.

Online hours AND the hours printed on the door are wrong AF. I pulled up and walked in to do laundry at 6:54. Posted hours on the door say they’re supposed to be open until eight today. Lights and tv are on and there are multiple people inside. However, I was told by a curt staff member (who was helpful for nothing else) that they were closed. Hours are listed on Google as open until 9pm.

This place is very close to me, but it really feels like they don’t want you there, so we drive an extra 10 minutes to go elsewhere. No place to sit, close earlier than stated, unfriendly, unhelpful. The attendants seriously frown at you for washing clothes there. And keep in mind I was spending over $40 per visit. Yes, it’s old dirty machines. Old dirty location. Limited parking. No air conditioning. Some broken machines, duct tape repaired old machines, Dirty bathroom. Coins only with no ATM, no where to sit, limited carts to move laundry around, one old TV always set to Spanish soap operas. BUT, that isn’t why I would give it a low rating. They don’t want you there. They close hours before stated on the door and tell you you had better be done and gone by then. They don’t seem to want your business. Why tolerate the rest if your presence (and your money) is just a nuisance? It’s a shame since the location would work so well for me, but they don’t seem to even want people’s business.

This place states they close at 9pm it's a lie. They don't even wait til you get your clothes out the dryer. I arrived at 8pm and the place was locked up and lights off. The owner wouldn't even answer the phone when I called several times.

Change your hours id you don't close at 9! Got there at 7ish and it lady said closed!!

This place has gone down hill so fast!!! Used to be a great place, clean and friendly staff... I don't know what happened, but they are super rude and close whenever they feel like it, doesn't matter what the door says! Had a load of wash in the washer at 7:15 or so, went to put it in the dryer and was told they where closing, I couldn't finish my laundry. Said the door said 9, she told me she close when she wants to. I have since found a much nicer place to go!

Last night my boyfriend and I were kicked out this laundry after we were finished washing our clothes and loading them into the dryer. This was our first time using this laundry due to our washer/dryer machine needing repair at home. We arrived there around 6:30pm Saturday, had a couple loads and were finished washing around 7:30pm. After loading two loads into the dryer, the owner I’m assuming (an older Hispanic women with blonde hair), starts explaining in Spanish to my boyfriend about one of the machines. My boyfriend doesn’t speak Spanish but understood her saying one of the machines were broken. Shortly after the older Hispanic male that was sitting at the pool table watching TV (I’m assuming is her husband or relative and also the owner) calls the women over, within a coupe minutes later she tells us that we have to leave. We then said “we’re sorry but on the door it says you guys close at 9pm” at this time it was 7:44pm. She rudely replied back “NO! At 8pm! Gotta leave!”. ALL OF OUR CLOTHES WERE STILL WET! WE WEREN’T ABLE TO USE DRY THEM! Without confrontation, we packed up our WET clothes and left. I took a pic of the hours stated on the door - last wash at 7pm. Close at 9pm. I wouldn’t recommend coming here with such poor and rude service as we have experienced. Seems like once her usual locals were done with their laundry she kicked us out. I have provided pics of the hours along with the screenshot time of when we were kicked out/leaving 7:54pm on a Saturday. Heads up for anyone who isn’t a regular washer here, Rude owners! The worst they literally closed early and locked my close inside. The dude had his key in the door claiming he don't have the code. Almost got armed but decided to leave in peace. Won't be back and don't recommend.

If I could give a zero, I would. Arrived @ 715p to dry. Clothes were in washer. Door said closing at 8p. I asked. Blonde Latina said ‘Last wash at 7. I said, ‘I’vewashed already. Can I dry?’ She said ‘Yes, for 20 minutes.’ While loading my clothes, the man with her said (in Spanish) ‘She asked if it was ok?!’ He giggled all while I loaded my clothes. Mean. Unprofessional. Door say closes at 8p. Is 8p the same as 715? Why post a time if you’re not going to adhere to it?
