Wonderful staff and great customer service!! I needed some alterations done on a dress and a skirt and my husband needed some pants hemmed. The alterations were done exactly as requested. My dress fits perfectly now. Prices were very reasonable. Great experience!

Disgraceful owner of this shop, highly unprofessional and seriously should be investigated for fraud. I took a gown in to have alterations down, when I went back a week later absolutely NOTHING was done, not one stitch. When I asked for a refund she became irate and began demanding me to try on the gown again when I calmly stated no, she started yelling again that she would not give me a refund. I said all of this to say, beware before you go into this business, all the other negative reviews are 100% correct. I would not recommend this alterations to anyone.

I'm really torn on this place. I needed some alterations done quickly, so the fact that they took them with less than a week turn around and did a good job, is impressive. What's not impressive is when we went to go pick them up, they couldn't find them. Then said they weren't back from the seamstress. When we finally got the clothing the counter clerk told another customer that my dad hit her car with his truck door (he slammed his door shut in frustration) The other customer came out to confront my dad, and he opens his door all the way, and there was still a foot between his door and the other customer's car. They do good work, and they have great pricing, but their customer service is very poor.

If you have anything that needs done with intricate detail alterations I DO NOT recommend them. They took a $500 dress and have now it is worthless. They claimed to have not cut the appliqué but we left we a 4" gap in the train of the dress appliqué. We now have to take it to the original place we purchased the dress and have them order the appliqué and fix the dress.

They are a rip off and definitely not as good with cleaning clothes. I won’t be back. She charged me a dress price for a shirt. Why ? Because it’s long. No it was a shirt. I only came because my favorite cleaners was close for the week.

They were kind but "too busy" to provide services. Lucky for me I was able to find someone to accommodate me.

They do a decent job but have had trouble getting things back in time. They state "back after 5:30p the next day," but it has been well after 5:30 and who wants to sit in the parking lot for 30 mins. Leave yourself a couple of days and you should be fine.

Owner is VERY RUDE. I had an issue with a garment and called to speak to owner. She cut me off and was talking over me. WILL NOT BE BACK! Got the vibe that there is something suspicious going on there.

I was referred here by a friend for alterations on my slacks. It came out looking great. Very happy with the service.

I have had them hem a pair of jeans that turned out perfect and all my clothes are done in a timely manner.
