Alexis is the most talented and helpful person in this laundry but, the bigger size lady is unprofessional and she remove clothes while you wait and don’t understand English very well, I hope they get better help soon. Because this is ridiculous.

Horrible horrible customer service!! The guy/girl Alex and Fiona from Shrek has the worse attitude ever! Talk to their customers as their talking to their worse enemy. I have several family members who’s been coming to this place for years faithfully every weekend but will not be returning.

I love this place. I drop off my laundry every 2 weeks and Annie always is meticulous about doing my laundry and follows all my instructions with care. I am a bit of a neat freak I will admit, but Annie is always pleasant and takes a load (or two or three) off of my husband and my busy schedule.

Nice location, close to my house. Only used the HUGE washer but pricing is the same. Great $0.25 dryers. Definitely going back.
