Location is not open 24/7. Sign is on but they have a paper in window stating closed while the staff are washing laundry. Don’t advertise open 24/7 when it’s not what a waste of time.

Misleading NOT open 24 hours I came at 9:00PM the open sign was on and outside there is a big sign that says open 24 hours. Completely misleading and false advertisement. I had a lady that worked inside stop me and tell me they were closed. There was another couple who wanted to wash clothes as well and they could not.

This facility states that they are open 24 hours. HOWEVER, they are misleading. I went at 10:30 PM to a 24-HOUR laundry mat since it was the only time that I was able to go, and the open sign was on. The moment the employees saw me get off the car she rushed and turned off the open sign and avoided interaction. The point is she was rude and the owner(s) needs to correct their advertisement. Clearly they are losing out on business with this foolishness.

Best laundry I've been in Miami by far, new machines, plenty of room, the down side is the staff. They talk loudly and ALL THE TIME, it's like a Cuban social club.

They have a sign on the door that says it's only open 24 hours Friday thru Sunday. Yet they say they're closed tonight at 1137 PM. They have people washing bins of clothes. They should get another spot to wash their commercial laundry and take that big sign outside off that says 24 hours laundry. False advertisements. Misleading.

Very disappointed... The sign says 24 hours but the person attending is not alert. I went at 4 am, I knocked on the door and went as far as calling the phone number listed and the person there was too distracted watching TV to notice. Not to mention that almost the whole row of machines in front had a "out of order" sign as well as alot of dryers as I could see

Amazing how it clearly says 24 hour laundry and it closes at 9pm. The lady says she closes a little bit earlier than 9pm so people don’t come in too close to 9pm. MISLEADING AND FALSE ADVERTISING.

Owner supposedly is a cop. Place was dirty, the AC wasn't cooling and a bunch of machines were broken. Two stars because the ladies who worked there were very helpful and sweet. Take pride in your business, dude.
