I had left a 5 star review previously because I have never had issues at all here, and the place is awesome and the ladies were very nice. That has changed. I have been coming to this place once a week for at least 3 or 4 years. Today I used my app as usual, and the washer (22) did nothing. I asked the lady if it wasn't working, and she acted like she didn't want to help. Attitude off the bat. She walked to the front of the isle and said of course it's not working its not locked. I tried again and of course couldn't get it locked properly bc the handle is loose, so a customer (not herself - she didnt move an inch) came to my aid and it worked, but in my defense the handle is wonky which I said, and then she got smart saying something under her breath. I defended these ladies in my previous review. I also am a very nice person and not stupid, and I know how to use the washers since I've been coming here so long. She definitely needs to leave her attitude at home. I spend and have spent way too much time and money here to get a crappy attitude. It's too bad the white hair lady wasn't here as she is the most friendly one you have here.

The place is clean, And they do have a lot of washers and dryers. The best thing about this place is the ladies who work there. So super nice and very helpful. The negatives of this place is they close to early, the dryers are a little expensive compared to other laundry mats around here and they do not even dry your clothes without running them several times. Biggest turn off is the washers smell moldy and yucky inside and its not because the ladies are not cleaning them. Those women bust their butts trying to keep the washers and dryers clean

The only reason I'm giving 2 stars is cause the attendant is sweet and you have claw machines. The owner needs to fix these washers. There literally 9 washers that are out of service right now.

At first I had very few complaints. But, the more I came, the more I noticed how many machines were constantly out of order and the scam they are running. You expect "hot or warm" water if that's what you select to thoroughly clean your clothes, right? When I brought it to the managers attention that the water wasn't getting hot/warm she said, not so friendly "well no one has ever checked it so we assumed it worked"(This happened on multiple visits using the Four Loaders). Water comes out ice cold, times(*) the amount of washes they do every month = scam to save on electric. Please fix ASAP.

I had the unfortunate need to go to a laundromat because our dryer broke and the delivery date for a new one was almost a week out. Came to this place and needed assistance with a washer not working after paying with an app. This older lady in glasses was very rude and condescending. Will not be coming here nor do I recommend anyone coming here as many machines were Out of service as well.

I come to This location multiple times a week have never had an issue until today. I’ve never seen this attendant there before, but she can most certainly use some type of training course and customer service The whole situation was embarrassing to be honest when I told her I was gonna leave a review she let me know that she didn’t care with that being said I know I’m just one customer, but I’ll take my business elsewhere

Very clean laundromat. Has some machines that need maintenance. Overall one of the best ones I have visited to do laundry. They do offer a wash and fold service as well.

Mango Coin Laundry, both its owners and staff, are incredible. Post Milton, our family needed a place to do laundry and a quick google search brought us here. The care, kindness and support I was greeted with was needed and genuine. The facilities machines are pristine, well maintained and clean. They offer drop off laundry services also - 100% recommend taking advantage of this opportunity- affordable, reliable and high quality all around.

The staff is usually very friendly, especially if you're a regular. Sometimes machines are down, but that happens everywhere, and they have a lot of machines. During the week you'll never have a problem finding machines, but weekends it does get crowded. My kids enjoy coming, they have a few claw machines and some toy vending machines which are fun for them. Lastly, the cost isn't outrageous but its not the cheapest place either.

We had a wonderful experience during our New Year cleaning. The staff was friendly and provided excellent support throughout the entire process. I particularly appreciated the laundry service, as it saved me valuable time without compromising on quality. Thank you for the great service!

The triple and 4 loader washers are mostly down and out of order. Every time I come here, more and more are marked out of order. Same with the dryers. Go to the 24hr laundry mat near dollar tree in seffner or the other one on 301 across from the meat market. Your best chance of getting your clothes washed in a timely manner.

The ladies working here are always polite and nice and helpful. I have seen costumers come in and be flat out rude to them, and still they are nice. Only place I will go for laundry needs. I've checked out all the others and this place …

I was hoping for a cleaner environment. Our washer was leaking water so much that the attendant needed to use 6 towels to sit in front of washer til the cycle was over. Old and out dated washers. Garbage all over floors. Needs to be cleaned and sanitized.

I usually go later in the night because there's less people except on the weekend going later on the weekend like Sunday is packed. They offer a laundry service which if you have the money I mean why not takes the hassle out of doing it yourself.
