Mega Laundry

Had to pay for a washer twice because it didn't work. One of the dryers shredded a $60 bra, and the attendant says he doesn't speak english, and can't understand that I was asking for a manager or owner to help with the situation. Beyond furious that I wasted almost $50 on my laundry, just to have shredded clothes and zero resolution on paying twice for a $10 washer! In addition, there are only folding tables on one side of the laundromat, so you can't actually see your clothes if you're trying to fold and still have something washing or drying. The token system is ridiculous! I'm left with almost $5 worth of tokens that I'm unable to use or have refunded. Avoid if at all possible!

Large new laundromat with many big washers & dryers. Since it is new, everything works. There's a playroom for children and a few TV screens. One plus is that there are at least 5 restaurants with varied choices in the center.

The washing machine literally just ate my coin (you have to buy coins for the machines which cost a dollar each) and flashed an "error" message, so i asked for help with it and the lady working here tries to accuse me of being stupid and not knowing how much the load of laundry im doing costs, when 1) i saw the amount being charged when i began adding coins, 2) i know how many coins i added, and 3) that it flashed an "error" message and didnt acknowledge the last coin added. Instead of being kind / understanding /helpful, she insinuates i was lying /trying to get a free dollar and trying to humilate me in front of the other customers in here. I would give it 0 stars just for that interaction but the place is clean and has a good amount of machines. They are expensive though, and especially when the machines are malfunctioning and the employee acts like youre some derelict lying about the machine, you end up paying extra and having a bad time. I was hoping to have found a new regular laundrymat here after having some of my clothes stolen from the last one, but after this, my search will have to continue. 👎🏾

OMG!!! This is truly the world's best laundromat!!! Clean, all machines working, a glassed in children's playroom, wifi, snacks and lots of 8 load washers (6) and huge dryers that go 45 minutes for $4.00!!! It almost makes doing laundry tolerable!

Clean!…fantastic machines!…hot water and hot dryers…and air conditioned…

This place sucks. It's overpriced to start and requires an extra buck to use hot water. I'll never ever return
