If I could give zero stars I would as the owner was very complacent and condoning for his workers lack of customer service and laziness. (summary) I took a pair of white linen pants to be pressed as I had washed them and just wanted them to be pressed as linen is tough to iron . I met the owner the day I took the pants in "Dilip Patel" and he explained that they (pants) would need to be starched and I told him "do what you have to" I just want them to look good, we agreed they would be ready on Friday as I took them in on Thursday. I didn't make it in on Friday and when I went in on Saturday I met a "Hispanic woman" working the front counter gave her my ticket and she went back to look , when she came back she told me that they weren't done yet and when I went out to get my receipt with the payment she then decided to look a little harder. She comes back to the counter a 2nd time and tells me "they aren't ready yet". I told her they were supposed to be ready on Friday and she frowned in disgust as if ( she was having to do more work as I urged her to check everywhere not just two areas. I saw the pants on the rack and they were on the opposite sight she was searching, as I was pointing she kept going the opposite way which got frustrating. I took possession of them took them home to try them on and I wasn't able to get the zipper to unzip and feared I would tear them and the work would not be honored so I didn't get to wear the pants on Sunday as planned. I went back on Monday to complain about the nonchalant attitude of his front desk person and her unwillingness to provide customer service as she acted like I was interrupting her by making her work and he (Dilip) decided he needed to give me a "global " fact of a labor shortage in the USA implying it was hard to find good help. So basically there was no empathy, no apologies for the terrible experience and acknowledgement of the need to make money using any personnel available despite any shortcomings or lack of training because that's the way the world is running right-now. Dilip stated that he would have to replace the zipper which would be a "no-charge" and then once it was replaced he emphasized "he would see me no more" as he didn't want to do additional business due to this incident to which I agreed and told him not to worry about me patronizing him again due to his lack of attention, professionalism, accountability, as well as bigotry in that he condoned the woman's actions and tried to justify them by saying she didn't know any better because she was "Mexican" and they don't know" meaning have no business sense or etiquette. I thought first and foremost "you just threw her so far under the bus" that she will need "flight for life" making a stupid racist statement like that. I complained and it was about her lack of customer service not ethnicity and I wondered what would be said to her when I leave as I am a minority as well. You as an owner are trying to capitalize on two things, making the "American Dollar" and not training workers efficiently to avoid these types of incidents as I was told by him" I can't be at the job 7 days a week" but yet you can't or won't train someone who is promoting your business and doing it to the best of her ability with "no knowledge" I don't accept this excuse, I will not use you nor will I refer you to any of my friends as you don't care about quality of service but rather "just make the money" I don't like bad customer service as I have had public jobs and have worked them in a caring , courteous manner, And I know how to serve the public, if you're willing to pay me I can train your staff. Over priced for poor quality work. It took weeks for alterations that were not what I wanted and had to pay then again for them having to fix their work, that resulted to it still not being what I wanted. Made my white blazer light pink by putting it with my red blazer then when I took it back it came back off white and got charged twice for that too. I had 4 alterations (pants) and 2 dry cleans (blazers) that totaled just under $90. Then to get 3 (pants) of the 4 alterations and 1 (blazer) of the 2 dry cleans fixed with 1(simple above the knee black dress) clean item it was $69.

I took 3 work shirts in to have the buttons sewn back on and 4 buttons(all 3 shirts) are crooked, I said to use the Collar button if necessary- the top button is missing instead. I paid $9 for someone who cannot sew to fix my husband's work shirts!. **Decided to give them a chance to correct the problem and I just can't express enough- DO NOT GO THERE FOR ALTERATIONS. They say they do them but the buttons are still crooked, yet he wanted $10 MORE to 'fix' HIS mistakes so if they cannot sew buttons on straight...I definitely wouldn't take anything to be sewn. He also tried to charge me for Cleaning them, but I specifically said that I only wanted the buttons corrected.

I have been a customer for years. They are very professional, friendly and go great job caring for your clothes. I moved a bit farther away and tried other cleaners, only to be disappointed by items ruined. It is worth the extra drive for me, that is for sure!

3.00 dollars a shirt? it is ok I will pay that even they are the most expensive around the area but I needed something this weekend. Look at the pictures they have brown dots from there iron machine. The owner didn’t even say sorry or try to compensates anything. In the beginning he said he doesn’t see them and played dump. It is all over the shirt. He then said that is what we got and turned around and left. Bad service and an owner shouldn’t talk with other human. Not sure how this place still open

Did a great job on cleaning a formal dress that was over 20 years old. Came out perfect, none of the beading or hand stitching were damaged. Thank you for doing such a great job!!
