Brawley Laundry

If I had another option I would never come here. Owner/ workers don't care. Machine don't work properly. When you complain they act like it's your fault.

Edit: It would seem the dryer has been running longer than it said so must have been misleading and not taking my quarters. Dryer number 55 took 7 quarters but only gave me 20 minutes while dryer number 54 gave me 44 minutes for 1.75. Someone here said all the dryers are different which should be illegal.

Horrible experience. The short older employee was rude, unprofessional, and constantly on her cell. Refused to give refund for clothes that did not thoroughly dry. She kept complaining of how lazy her coworker was and how her boss refused to pay minimum wage.

If you travel beware of this place. If you can drive on to a bigger town do it. I’m a small town person that drives the country. The washers here are reasonable but the dryer costs are double the national average. I can’t justify 4 minutes per quarter to do not a heck of a lot. So now I'm leaving with an RV full of wet laundry.

This place gets a lot of bad rap, but you have to adjust your expectations for a small town. This is the only laundromat in the area and some of the washers definitely could use some deep cleaning, as the reviews say. HOWEVER, what they do excel on and what I’m giving them a 5 star for is honesty and responsiveness. I forgot some laundry from a couple of weeks ago and I was really pleasantly surprised and grateful af that they were stored in a room in the back. This brought me so much relief (have you ever gotten your laundry stolen? Yeah it sucks - Thank you SO MUCH to their staff on-site who was cleaning, she was really nice and helpful. She helped me locate our missing clothes. Phew. My favorite dress was in one of those piles and I would’ve been really sad if I lost it forever. So Brawley Laundry gets a 5 star for me for caring enough to store forgotten laundry in the back. They could’ve gotten rid of it or thrown it away but they didn’t. That tells me they respect their customers. The owner/manager was responsive too. I appreciated him calling me back to let me know when the best time was to come to the laundromat to see if my stuff was there. I hope they can one day live up to the 5 stars that I’m leaving here in the future!

I should just gone to El Centro half the washer we’re down.. had to use a big washer and my clothes was not even washed right clothes still had soap

Worst laundromat I’ve ever been to. No change, over half of the machines are out of order.

This laundry place is horrible, it's the only laundry mat in brawley CA , alot of times that I came here to wash my clothes there's no quarters..most of the machines are out of service and the owner doesn't give a shit

Well, it’s the only laundromat in town! New washing machines are expected soon. Always clean and opens early and closes late. Thanks.

I had the manager help me his name is Jose very polite, and helpful area was clean. Washing machines and dryers were working great
