The professionals at Tucson Dry Cleaners always impress me. It begins with their warm welcome and smile as you arrive. The service is professional and friendly, and they make you feel welcome. Furthermore, the quality and care they have for our garments is top notch. I have tailor made suits and they always take great care of them. My wife and I are absolutely impressed, and we highly recommend you go see Clarissa and the team at Tucson Dry Cleaners who will take great care of your dry-cleaning needs.

As I just dropped off my clothes to be dry cleaned here, I do not have a star rating for them just yet. The person at the counter was nice but did not explain the option for next day or two day. But they were very nice just the same. Ill add more once I pick up my clothes tomorrow.

We have been using Tucson Cleaners for 15+ years. They are professional, nice and do a GREAT job.. they get wine out of everything. They did a beautiful job on my daughter in law's wedding dress as well... highly recommended.

I have used this cleaner off and on over the past decade, I drive past almost daily. No complaints regarding their service. However, turn-around is slow, and the price is higher than the completion. No military discount.

I left 2 duvets and 4 pillow shams on 4/29. My receipt said my items would be done 5/6. I returned on 5/8 and was told “shams weren’t ironed yet.” I asked when they would be ironed and was told afternoon 5/10. Returned at 5pm on 5/10 only to be told the shams were not ironed. The charge was $116 dollars, the full price without deducting for the unironed shams. When asked to reduce the price due to uncompleted, late service I was told I could only receive credit to use on my next visit. Nope, never going to darken the door again of this totally overpriced, inefficient dry cleaners.

Always have an attitude whoever helps you! Won’t go back, ever!

Needed next day service. They wanted minimum of five days. Don’t advertise something you do not provide. The good news is, this behavior resulted in my finding Sparkle Cleaners and they were phenomenal!

Clarissa was amazing! I had called three other cleaners in Tucson and received astronomical rates to press 60 already clean tablecloths. Not only was she warm, friendly and kind, but she also worked out some amazing pricing that I dare say beat everyone in town by MORE THAN HALF! When I was arranging to drop off my order, she went the extra mile and coordinated with their driver to pick them up for us. We will be leaving our payment information on file because they have earned business from us for life.

Top rated service. Great staff. I use to go to another cleaners down the street on Broadway but they made my cloths fade in color so fast. Here.... that doesn't happen. They are excellent!

I LOVE this place, their employees and the the quality of their work! They bend over backwards to clean my husband's shirts and get them out promptly one time I came and they were closed but the girl was still inside she recognized me and came and got my cleaning anyways ... That is good customer service I would recommend this cleaners to anyone, they try really hard to do the best job they can , I have no idea why the other two Women felt compelled to leave a nasty negative review and leaving you can't even leave your last name? How can they remedy this problem if they can't find you because your last name Has been hidden?( One had absolutely nothing to do with dry cleaning, customer service, price or anything else a "business review" is supposed to do be about! So why leave a review about somebody elses driving? The owner has nothing to do with his brother's behavior talk to the brother. This is none other than childish, petty, vindictive behavior In an attempt to make a business look bad in order to take money out of their cash register! Also to wait 3 years before reviewing is preposterous, toxic martyrdom! We never know what's going on in the lives of others when they make mistakes. 3 years ago I lost my child I was so overcome with grief I was angry at the world! I didn't realize that my anger was coming out at everyone and everything. A customer complained about me being crabby, my boss said "she just lost her daughter and she isn't herself " ...losing a child is the hardest thing we will ever go through but we still need to go to work no matter what. So before you judge the waitress, inconsiderate driver or crappy employee stop and think to yourself maybe they just lost their child and be grateful that you still have yours! "Holding a resentment is like taking poison yourself and hoping the other person will die from it"! ...It only hurts you. We need to be kind and when we have a problem take it up with the person Who caused the problem and don't try to ruin a business, small business owners work hard for their busines and they need every dime they can get so they can keep the doors open and give the great customer service that this cleaners gives. They need to keep the doors open in order to feed their family. I have never left anything but a positive review, have I wanted to leave a negative one?... absolutely!...but Karma is a b!*$&h! I try to treat others as I would like to be treated if I don't have anything nice to say I don't say anything at all. Like "Ben's bells" says ...BE KIND! As for the woman and her expensive evening gown...did you ever take into consideration that may be the person that took in the dress was new and made an innocent mistake and that no one caught it so they could call you we are not perfect we all make mistakes and if you have never experienced the humility of making a mistake ....try it sometime it will give you the humility you so desperately need! If you can afford to go to events that require a expensive evening dress then you can afford to pay for it when it gets dirty. Again this is the best cleaners I've ever been to and I come here every week my husband is very picky about his white shirts and they always do a beautiful job they recognize me when I come in ( it might be because I bring my little Maltese with me who is so cute you can't miss her!)
