Was called t come get my husbands dry cleaning and that they were closing FOREVER...not only rude but untruthful. This was over 6 months ago.

I have used this place since I moved here 10 years ago. Recently, I took clothes in and when I returned was told that I hadn't brought anything in. So my husband is short a pair of pants and two button down shirts. Because they are so close I went in last week put in pair of jeans then when I returned this week to pick them up and I was told I needed to return in the afternoon. When I returned I was told that I had nothing to pick up. Now my husband is short a pair of jeans. I will never return as over the years the service has really declined. The service has become rude and unprofessional.

Do not recommend. Requested several repairs be done which we where charge for but only one repair was actually completed. After 2 weeks of being at the clears.

Recently had 2 coats cleaned I explained they were wool and was quoted $10.99 each.. today I picked them up He changed the price to $17.99 each I noticed for some time the prices keep changing and understand everything is going up..but you should not change the price if you said one thing when I dropped it off and another when the items are picked up. The owner is rude and this was my last time using their service. I would rather drive some where distance than be treated this!

This is the only dry cleaning service in the area. The first time I used them, I gave them a white designer button down shirt white vinyl gold nuggets designed on it. When I went to pick that shirt up the nuggets were discolored and almost vanished from the shirt. I used them a again for my suit and that came out just fine. I then used them again for a larger load which had 3 pair of jeans (2 white and 1 black) which all where shrunken in size.

At the end of Aug I had to have my daughter's band jacket cleaned. There was ink on the front of the jacket and dingy sleeves just from wear. I dropped it off early that morning and the man was EXTREMELY RUDE!!!! I showed him where the spots were and all he would say is NO PROMISE, NO PROMISE! Yelled the whole time. I picked the jacket up the next day and all was well. I said I would not go back. Giving him the benefit of the doubt that he may have had a bad day, I had to have her jacket cleaned again for competition. Dropped it off on a Saturday and was told to pick it up Tuesday. All that needed to be done was have the sweaty grime removed from the cuffs of the jacket. Picked it up only to find that they still looked nasty. When I questioned it all he said was NO PROMISE!!!! Charged me $7.00 for NOTHING. After speaking to someone involved with our band and showing pictures, I was told the uniform would not pass inspection so now I have 2 days to get it dry cleaned elsewhere!!!!!!! WILL NOT GO BACK!!!!! Very rude and service sucked!!!!!

Decent service. Very expeditious at their work while maintaining professionalism. Kudos. Worth driving from hueytown to actually have work performed and correctly without attitude by the way.

We have never had any issues with this cleaning service. Great they are so close.

This place is the only dry cleaners in our area and they are outrageous. $5.50 to dry clean a $25 pair of pants? Really? I dry cleaned 10 shirts and 13 pair of pants and it was over $100, I will NEVER go back.

Been using this cleaner for years. Always gets me in and out fast and never had a problem with customer service. Clothes always cleaned and pressed the way I asked. A+
