Boston-Pearl Laundromat

I drive 20 mins out of the way to come to this one specifically. The owner is so nice & takes such good care of the place. It's clean, not overpriced. They have vending machines and a TV there. Plus there's stores right by. I come here instead of my own city. Thanks for all you do!

This is the best laundromat I’ve ever been to. The owner is so sweet and helped me save my favorite hoodie from a bad chapstick stain. You are the best!!!!! Thank you for everything you do!!! ❤️

Well lit inside,and clean. There isn't an attendant over night so if you have a problem, you have to remember which specific machine,and what time and call the number listed. I liked that there is a table provided to sit at and eat,or play a game,or relax. There's also a couple chairs provided as well. This place has many machines so it wouldn't seem that waiting for an available machine would be too big of a problem. I'm so thankful they're open 24 hours. My friend had to dry several loads right away because their dryer died. With a large family it isn't always possible to wait to do laundry.

Almost all of the “big” machines are out of order and cost $7.50. I counted 15 machines in total that didn’t work. That’s ridiculous! The lids/soap receptacles are FILTHY! I wish I would have opened it before I put my money in. Absolutely disgusting! I only washed that one load I paid for (because it was too late) it came out soaking wet which means you’ll pay more to dry it. Plus add the nut case that insisted on washing/drying everything next to me although there were 20+ other machines he could have used. Not safe for women. Get an attendant & fix your store! Pictures below show the dirty detergent dispensers and how many empty machines there are but that creep you call a customer just had to be next to me!🤮

I don’t usually frequent laundromats but my dryer broke and I won’t use the disgusting ones in Medina. This one is clean, well lit, and doesn’t make you load money on a card like some do. Prices are fair and it’s in a clean, modern plaza.

Nice little Laundromat, big washers are the most cost effective choice. Cycles are quick and change machine on site, and soap box dispenser is a nice convenience. No bathroom or I'd have given 5 stars.

The dryers do not heat, I spent $3.00 and had it on high setting. Someone in a red truck parks in the handicap ramp blocking the way for everyone. That has happened four times already. The sign that says please keep the door closed the ac is on is a joke it’s hot and sweaty in the building. The prices have raised, for it to have gone downhill by a long shot. Windows are dirty And there is handprints all over the windows. I miss when Kathy the cleaner was working it was so clean then.

Cute, clean, with lots of machines! Does not require use of a prepaid card like some other establishments. The person working was very friendly and kind. I used this laundromat after power was out in NEO for days and any available laundromats were packed. Has vending for snacks as well as laundry products. Clean restrooms too!

She is on top of keeping every machine running, top quality and clean.. There are at least eight big loaders that do 50 plus pounds 12 25 pounds And 30 dryers.. as of September 24 average 25 lb loader cost $3.75 it cost about $1.25 to dry your loads.. There are bathrooms and it's always clean. Air conditioning is the bonus!

I found this place a while ago by accident and I live it so much I will never go anywhere else. Not only is it air conditioned, extremely well taken care of and super clean, and their washers seem to clean better than all the others I've been to, but these machines seem to clean better -these machines wash a huge liad very thoroughly (plus the washers actually work - opposed to other laundromats in the area). Many many different load level washers here- plenty working on any setting. In addition the owner is so kind and amazing...I left my work ID there by mistake and she went out of her way to look me up on Facebook and then contact me to try to get it back to me...AMAZINGLY KIND WOMAN!!
