Nice area for kiddos to play but mechanically not good. The second time here, the first time, I felt like the drivers didn't take nearly what time I paid for this time. I got validation. Not only did I end up with the big load for seven dollars, come out drenched 💧💧💧💧 but the dryers dont run for what you pay. Some do others do, NOT really work! Put 10 mins on 4 ports of the 4 only 2 stayed on what was paid the other two dryers #23/19 time cut to 5 minis in 1min so Moved to #22 1-3 the white ones right next to it and after a 30min run they came out cold not warm nadda Ice which it was just two jeans ans to infant shirts. Bottom line, im taking the damp clothes to another laundry mat. This place is a DRIFT!

Nice and clean facility. I love the super size washers. Dryers are nice and hot and usually take no more than 30 minutes to dry the clothes.

Always clean, washers and dryers work super well and are fast. Love going here, owners are lovely!

This is better than the college one but, it's not clean especially the Bathrooms!!! I'd give it a 5 if it were cleaner, especially the RR's! 😒 …

Clean. Massive washers but I don't recommend these dryers they cost a buck at a time and two of them stopped onme say I ng something about sorry flow. I cleaned the lint trap but still kept stopping on me do I had to use the old dryers zmd they got hotter and dried faster

My washer & dryer died on me, so I have been going here to do laundry. It's very clean, the big washers are 100% worth the $. I use the 25 cent dryers(even for bigger loads) and its at most cost me 1$. Staff is very friendly. They do have laundry supplies if you need them and at affordable prices and name brand. Hands down best laundromat in Wooster. They also offer laundry services where they do the work for you.

Helped our group by getting 10 loads of laundry done through the wash and fold service and the value was great! Everyone was very pleased with the service and how much care was taken with everyone's clothes. My new go to laundromat when in Wooster.

Just moved to the area and I am without a washer and dryer. Went because they do wash and fold and met the owner. She was extremely nice. Came back the next day and my clothes were immaculate! Sweaters folded, dress shirts and pants hung and wrapped. Just an amazing job! Made my day!

They have 45 pound washers. If you're like me, I put it all in together and 23 minutes later its washed and it does a good job. That washer is $5.50 and is worth it. Some of the dryers are .25 cents for 7 minutes. 14 minutes got my clothes dry and my towels took 28 minutes. They sell detergent for $1 and $2 and fabric sheets for .10 cents a piece. They have tables , carts and a restroom. The place is air conditioned with ceiling fans. Their is also an app for your phone that you can pay the washers and dryers through.
