Place is very dirty! If I didn't have to do laundry so bad because of a busted water line I would have left. I used to go there to wash my big blankets. It was so nice and friendly staff. NOT ANYMORE! The staff were cussing and talking about when they were arrested. Smoking weed in the restroom. Had a dog in the place running around and my husband was with me and very allergic to dogs. Also over half the machines do not work. Only 4 dryers work. A handful of washers.

Great clean place! You can go wash your car while your clothes are washing and drying and you don't have to worry about anyone stealing your clothes. Kevin has been the heart and soul of the company for the last 20+ years

Clean and convenient. I would give it 5 stars but so many of the dryers are out of order. In all fairness, they have not been able to acquire the parts needed for repair due to the pandemic.

If I could give this place less than 1 star I would! It was extremely dirty. Of the 20 + dryers only 8 actually worked and it was about the same for the washers!!! The attendant there was rude and tried taking peoples laundry out of the machine because her "favorite man" came to wash his clothes. The washing machines that actually worked were very expensive, yet were full of gunk inside. Overheard the attendant say that the place was closing down, that's the best thing that could happen imo!

I'm leaving a 3 star rating. I'll say why in a minute. This laundry mat is the only one I use in Fairmont. I drive past two other laundry mats to go to this one. It is always clean and neat. The staff, during the time I go, (late afternoon/evening), are very friendly and helpful. I go out of my way to go to this one place because it is the cleanest laundry mat in my area and staff are always willing to help. The reason for the 3 star rating. Has nothing to do with staff or services provided. The single reason for this rating is the lack of operating washers and dryers. They have ample machines for many people to do their laundry at once. However, the number of washers and dryers in operating condition gets fewer and fewer every week. Every time I go, the number of usable machines is less and less. The owners need to get on this and fix these non operating machines. If something isn't done soon, there won't be enough machines for 3 people to do laundry at once. This is a real shame as there are ample machines for 20 people to work at once but the machines never get fixed. I've seen the same machine out of service for months. A real shame...

I used to come here all the time but so many machines are broken and if anybody else is there doing laundry you pretty much have to wait until they are done to even get a machine. If they would repair or replace their machines it could be a nice place again.

I went on a Sunday, they only had a handful of washers working and like 4 dryers. I don't recommend it.

Visited here twice while staying in Fairmont. Both times the place was clean and quiet. The machines worked fine and any that weren't functioning were clearly marked. $5 for a midsize washer using cold water that took 25 minutes and about $2 and 45 minutes for the dryer on medium.

Most machines are broke,but the ones that work are good.. Attendant is nice

I'm going to leave this review because I live 2 blocks away from this laundry mat so it would be highly convenient to do laundry here. Especially because it has a restroom and it is comfortable and clean. However I go to locust Avenue because their machines are half the price and Washland dryers cost more and also take 3 hours to dry clothes. I'm not sure if the employee doesnt clean them enough or if they are just not heating properly but they dont work well at all and as long as this place has been in business I would think it would be fixed by now. I have lived in the neighborhood for 3 years almost 4 and the dryers still work poorly. Locust ave is a newer place yet the machines are half the price and work well.

First time going to this laundromat staff is extremely friendly and helpful. small washers tend to be $3.75 and large washers tend to be $5.50 also the dryers are a quarter for every 5 minutes it took 20 minutes to do a full size comforter …

I will never do my wash here ever again. Most of the machines are out of order and they are very dirty. Dryers don’t heat up enough, and you have no choice but to put more quarters in to get your clothes dry. My clothes had stains on them from the dryers also. Do yourself a favor and go to the next closest laundromat.

$10 wash got all the salt of the season off. Would recommend.

Dirty. Only about half machines work. Have been there 3 or 4 times past few years. Experience only gets worse every time. Find another place to do your laundry.

The staff was helpful. There were lots of machines there however, half of them worked. They have tons of seating areas. It was relatively clean, better than most places I've been.

I'm giving them 3 stars solely on the reason they say they're open till 10 pm but I went to do some laundry, got there at 9:10/9:15 and they were already closed. Drove out of my way to come to this laundry mat cus they said they were open. Now I gotta try n find another laundromat to go to.

Over half of the washers and dryers are put of order. The place has gone down hill.

I read reviews before going and had no idea it would be this bad. The dryers don’t dry the washers smell and they’re expensive. I now have wet clothes after spending almost $30 on 3 small loads of clothes. I wouldn’t recommend.

First time going here, DID NOT put my clothes in the horrible smelling, dirty wash machines. No (functional) change machine and rude people there. Don't waste your money at this place.
