24/7 open. Overall not bad. Price wise it is pretty good compared to other competitors. Restroom, TV. The only thing I can say is that they should try to get more of the non working washers and dryers up and working.

Lost out on the money put into the machines and the bar code to scan for help as well as the number posted on the facility walls will not work to get help. DO NOT GO HERE. half the machines are out of order and you're playing Russian roulette with the ones that do on whether they will work or not. Just go somewhere else and don't risk losing your money. Very pathetic management. I don't know how a business owner can be so incompetent

More than half the machines were not working, and that’s not counting the ones that weren’t already marked. We lost money to 2 unmarked machines. When we used the number posted on the walls and the barcodes on the machines to scan for help, nobody answered and the website was not functioning correctly. The several times we’ve been there, there has not been any management and nobody has been fixing the machines that have been down for weeks. It is clear that the facility is not being taken care of like it should be. I recommend taking your laundry elsewhere.

This place has gone down hill quite a bit over the last few years. It use to be clean, nice washers, and dryers for a decent cost, but not today! There was more out-of-order washing machines and dryers than operating. The floor was dirty and trash overflowing at 830a. Coin machine inoperable, as well. It was super disappointing and the regulars that were there said it gets worse each time they come.

One nasty expensive place! The cheaper machines were replaced with more expensive ones. $10 did not cover two loads of laundry due to equipment failure. A lot of the washers and dryers don’t work - even ones without the out of order signs! I started two loads at the same time and one finished 8 minutes early. There are three laundry carts in the whole place. Whomever runs the place is hidden behind a QR Code and is not responsive. If you decide to use it, the app requires you to give your name, address, phone, email and Venmo code. And then they don’t respond anyway. The unisex bathroom is disgusting. Yellow stains in front of urinal and when you sit on the toilet, you are nose level to the urinal three feet away. There are missing baseboards throughout the building and a tiny TV without sound.

There is always broken washers and dryer I've lost alot of money in there machine because no out of order sign. No way to get ahold of owner to get money back

It's always something with this place between broken washers/dryers that eat your money, roaches and bugs, a nasty bathroom, and the QR code you can supposedly scan to get a refund when things do go awry doesn't even work. I have had my clothes spin in a washer without water for a half hour and the door is locked so I can't even take the clothes out. Waste of 4 dollars and a half hour of my life. Some crap like this happens LITERALLY EVERY TIME I HAVE WENT. To say I'm pissed off is putting it lightly. I've given this place far too many chances. I will be taking my business elsewhere from now on.

The nastiest laundry mat around!!! Looks as if they have never been cleaned including the floors, most washers and dryers don’t work with blue tape in them.. Go else where if I could give a 0 I would

Nobody ever there or codes for issues are a dead end machines works most the time but the dryers are hit or miss whether they heat up or not

It's noting special but it's a laundromat. It gets the job done. I had a king size blanket to be washed, took about 20 mins and to dry it, took about 25 minutes. 0.75 for 12 mins for dryer and $5 just for the quick wash.. Mind you these are the big washer.. I think it was $3 for the small. So all in all spent about $8.00 Could use some cleaning, but for $8 and a hour 1/2 wait time. I don't care. Definitely will be back again when the time comes to wash my big blanket again. 😌
