This place used to be good now every time I have to come in here I have at least 1 machine not work properly causing me to have to spend twice the money and time. Don't forget your laundry soap.. without fail the machine is going to not work the first time and probably not the 2nd time either. Last time I was here it cost me $7.50 to get 1 $1.50 product, 2 washers didn't work and 1 dryer. That's $18.75 I wasted on things not working. I used to be able to call/text a number when things didn't work but now I get no response.

It shoul be a minus star due to The machines dont work good and now its impossible to even get a refund back.. who do you call the number they have listed goes to another company. Who ever the new owner is really needs to step it up. You guys owe me a lil over 30 dollars bcuz i obviously didnt learn my lesson the first time. So disappointing

Washers say one thing but stare loading in your quarters and surprise its a different price. 😡 it's a Saturday so I understand it could be busy but nobody on premises and everything is sticky. No restrooms available and no water. Learned my lesson! …

My washer broke and it was my first time going to a laundromat. One of the washers never filled with water and I was a bit frustrated bc I had already put my money in and this is a “no staff at location” type of store, so I figured I was just going to have to eat that money. I ended up calling the number on the wall to see if I would get a response and was pleasantly surprised by the fast response and customer service. The owner was very pleasant and sent me a refund while I was still completing my laundry. Machines will have issues, I totally get that, but to have someone very understanding reach out and make it right on the spot without having to jump through a million hoops is something to definitely mention. So thank you!

I came here cause The price was good and usually if there has been any issues I can make a call and it's taken care of. So I have been coming here for a good year and then some and with no attendant on staff you have to make a phone call and the last couple of times I've had issues with their machines not drying and or the washing machines not properly filling up I try to make a call to get this situated because that's a lot of money that you have to put into three machines that none of them work to have to turn around and re wash them. Money you didn't put into the budget . I have called 4 times to try and get this resolved but I have yet to receive a call back to get this taken care of but yet they can come in and fix the dryers and I'm not sure on the washers but, I know that if they had someone in there working they could refund the $17.5 for the washers and the $6.25 for the dryers but Im sure then that they wouldn't have the problems that they have now if they had full time employees there. It's started to become a big disappointment. I know that people want to come to a place that they know there clothes will come out clean not not smelling worse than when you put your clothes in the washer so I hade to use the bigger machines cause I know the bigger washers work that's money I don't have and that's another $20 I didnt have but my husband has to have clean clothes for work. If ya think about it all that money and my time that I keep thinking that they will get I figured out they don't and I guess I will have to take my loss and take my business and others with me down the Road cause they need to get permanent staff on site then they wouldn't have as much cash going out they could just restart different machines for the ones that aren't working in stead of putting out money for there messed up machines. At this point I got nothing nothing but less funds to put food in my kids mouth oh but he has clean clothes thats a plus.

Currently sitting here at Bub's laundry and so frustrated because the change machine gave me fake quarters!!!! I keep trying to call the phone number that's on the wall and I haven't had anyone answer or call me back. This is very frustrating because I had to return a couple of my son's Christmas presents just so that I could afford to do laundry. And now I couldn't even afford to finish my laundry because I got fake coins from the machine.

I have been doing laundry there for the last couple weeks, and the first time I didn't have to deal with anybody and it was nice. But the past few times not so good, I noticed that one machine #20 works for a couple turns and stops and doesn't finish filling ,turning or rinsing. I left message and no one returned my call. My clothes on the other hand after being washed twice are stinky times 2. Gross!

Machines r bit expensive & no drying included-all separate vs othr places, bldng itself is generally pretty small & gross, both bill breaking machines r out of order/not in srvc, & all quarters or app only (no cards), so dont run out or go without a lot alrdy, cuz stores nearby might not have enough to give u if any & there's no attendants & nobody answers the phone. Drying time is 275 for only 25 mins-shld b twice that long & for less... Overall prob worse1 ive evr bn2 tbh, & bn2 a lot.

I'll give this place credit on 2 things. The only laundromat north of Seattle open after 9pm (they stay open until 10, but the doors are electronically locked, allowing exit but no re-entry at 9:30,) and it's relatively clean. That's it. While all laundromats that I've used this year require masking and social distancing (reasonable requests,) this place requires you to wait in your vehicle. So if you're washing your coat, you better have an extra, or be willing to run your vehicle for heat during your visit. Monitored, I suppose, by the numerous cameras, since there's no worker available to handle problems (like the change machine shorting someone.) The restroom is supposedly available for use. But, it's locked. Since there is no attendant on premises, there is a sign on the door, telling you to text a picture of your license to receive the code to the keypad lock, with the warning that a response "can take up to 15 minutes." As of the time I am typing this, I've been waiting for a half hour. Finally, the price. I can't tell you how extravagant the large machines (intended for bulky bedding, large loads, etc,) cost, as only 3 are working, and they (along with most of the small machines) were occupied by a single customer. But the few small machines I was able to use ($1.50-2.75 MAX at any other laundromat I've ever been in,) cost $3.50 for cold, light/regular wash, and $5.00 for hot and/or heavy. My first and LAST time using this rip-off establishment.

A lot of the washers and dryers do not work, without any signs letting you know. Have wasted about $12 on a few machines.. one machine turned off have way through the wash cycle so my clothes were soaked and soapy, had to pay for another wash cycle on a different machine.. haven’t been able to contact someone to help or to get a reimbursement. I wouldn’t waste your money here.
