Speedwash Coin Laundry

Needless to say, I had to give 1 star 🙄 The outsides of the washers looked okay, but upon trying to put in my laundry detergent, fabric softener and other supplies I see all of this mold and mildew inside the dispensers. I used the washers anyway because I had to get my laundry done. Well.... I won't be using this facility again anytime soon. My clothes weren't clean after they washed in these machines. As a matter of fact, they were worse than before I washed them. My clothes now have some kind of dark stain on various items in each load. I'm going to just do them the best I can by hand at home. At least there I know I won't be exposed to this mold and whatever it is that has stained about 20 garments. I wouldn't reccomend using this facility...even if you're desperate like I was.

Probably the best laundromat in the area North of the state line. Has video games and a claw machine, and a really clean bathroom. Not a bad place. The drink machine outside doesn't work. The snack machine is empty. As far as laundromats in the area go, this one is tops.

Excellent, quiet, and kid friendly place to get all your laundry needs done with ease. Open 24 hours, local cable channels on the flat screen TV, claw machine & arcade to keep the hooligans out of your hair, excellent variety of washing machine featuring different sizes and more, and my personal favorite would be the 3 oversized dryers running at 165,000BTU for as little as 25 cents to start (there are several other varieties of dryers to choose from as well). In other words no matter who you are, where you came from, or whatever your purpose may be, I'm confident in saying that this Laundromat will suit you well. Forgot your cleaning supplies or maybe even your quarters? No problem there's a well operating bill exchanger on site as well as a laundry supplies dispenser. Coke machine outside and a suitable private bathroom just inside for the soda you just consumed. 😊 oh I almost forgot the best part... THEY'RE OPEN 24 HOURS A DAY 7 DAYS A WEEK!!! Dec 2023 update: This place has gone way down hill! Most of their machines are out of order and the place is filthy! Also the sign says open 24 hours but then the door says something entirely different! Do not recommend!

Apparently just like most of the other business owners who live around here, they just close their business at random whenever they feel like it. If you're afraid of weather or too lazy to update your hours online please do not own/operate a business.

1st this place needs HEAT. it is so freakin cold in here. Also they need to clean inside of the washer where you put the washing powders/liquid. Do better and care about your customers!! Why dont the owners bring their butt down here and sit for 2 hours and freeze!! Pathetic

This was a great place to bring my big comforters and my boyfriend's overalls and work clothes to get them washed properly where my washer is one of the new ones with the sensors on it it seems to not get his work clothes washed good enuf but the machines here did a wonderful job just wish the price wasn't that high to wash here!!! Overall experience was excellent!!!

Nice little laundromat. Pretty clean for a laundrymat. Washers and dryers are super clean. No mold in the dispensers. A great variety of sizes of both washers and dryers. 5 20lb (2x load), 3 30lbs (3x load) 3 40lb (4x load) and 4 60lb (6x load) washers. Dryer sizes...2 30lbs, 3 75lbs, and 8 50lbs. Dryers are hot and dry quickly.

Definitely won't be going back to this laundromat. The entire building smelled horrible, like sewage and urine. The dryers didn't dry the clothes properly took alot of quarters to dry a small load. Only positive thing was noone was there so didn't have to wait for washers and dryers but I can see why ..

I have seen mold in the detergent dispensers but they are by far cleaner then the other 24hr option in kingsport. The only thing I would suggest besides cleaning those would be a light in parking lot. It gets awful spooky after dark if you go late late at night

Unkept. Also sketchy. There is something covering the back wall with a handwritten warning sign that it’s dangerous to go back there because a tree knocked the wall out. I saw a guy come out from behind it and walk through the laundromat carrying body wash. I shouldn’t have stopped at this one. It’s the worst one in the area.
