This wasn't my first visit, and consistently, I've had outstanding experiences. Their shop is clean, turnaround times are fast, and customer service is top-notch. Well-deserved five stars!!!

I thought my clothes were ruined! They were stored in a basement with mold issues. I live in DC but have had such great customer service with Landsdowne Cleaners in the past. I brought my problem to them. Young Oh knew exactly what to do as he is an expert in property damage due to water. He stayed in touch with me every step of the way in order to file with my insurance company for either the loss or the cost of restoring. I am happy to report his team got everything back to its original state! I will continue to drive the distance to get this level of customer service. THANK YOU!

Lansdowne Cleaners is the best! I brought in a blazer that unfortunately had ketchup stains on it. They were able to get them out perfectly! The owner, Young Oh, is super nice and always remembers me.

I would be careful about getting your tux tailored here. I had a feeling that the tailor didn’t really know what she was doing when she was measuring my tux on me. I think she may be a bit inexperienced. My pants and jacket were tailored great but my shirt was not done well at all. I have to now keep my tux jacket on the whole time at my friends wedding because it just looks bad 😂.

My husband and I called Lansdowne Cleaners from Arizona a few days in advance because we would be flying cross country for a wedding in the Leesburg area. Lansdowne was a total life saver! As soon as we arrived the tickets for the items were printed and ready to go. We dropped off our items shortly after landing into town and they were pressed and dry cleaned same-day just in time for the wedding events we needed to go to that same afternoon. 10/10 service, extremely professional, and awesome pricing. This is my 3rd and final time using this dry cleaner. 1st visit I pointed out the labels on the clothes to ensure they were cleaned properly and the owner snatched the garment and said she knew how to clean cashmere. I pick them up a few days later and the sweaters were stretched out of shape. 2nd visit I allowed them to clean the clothes, no cashmere, without direction and when I pick them up, the blouses still had deodorant stains. I returned a 3rd time to have the blouses re-cleaned along with a few other items. This time they removed the deodorant stains but damage a merino wool sweater and left dark marks down the front and back. A $200 sweater is ruined!

i had unusual stains on a silk sleeveless top and matching lightweight tunic jacket. I had not worn these in some time and packed them for a weekend trip. I discovered the stains on both articles when I was dressing. I had no idea the source of the stains. They were noticeable enough that I almost threw them away but decided to take them to Lansdowne Cleaners. They did a remarkable job of removing the stains! I am very pleased and satisfied!

I love this cleaners and will only go here as long as I’m in the area. I have had my military uniforms dry cleaned (including my whites) and each time they come back looking brand new. This past time I had gotten makeup all over my boyfriends white dress shirt and suit jacket and they have the shirt and suit looking BRAND NEW! I couldn’t believe they got all that makeup out of that white shirt. Such a hospitable place and the family who owns it are such good people. Love this community cleaners so much.

I am a big proponent of supporting our local businesses, even though their price is higher than competitors. I have been happy with their laundry and tailoring services up until now because nothing unusual had happened. But the true test is when a business owner responds to an unusual circumstance and they failed today. That shows the true character of a business and it's owner! One of my laundered shirt came back with deodorant stain not washed but baked in the fabric due to hot press. They agreed to wash again but it came back still stained, all I got was an apology and no more; No indication of owning any responsibility. My neighbors use Sunrise Cleaners across the street, so I guess I'll join them now.

I have used Lansdowne Cleaners for years for laundry and dry cleaning services with no problems. I recently took in an expensive suit for repairs, which were completed without any visible flaws. All in all, I've been very satisfied.
