Fresh Laundromat

I will not be back! I spend over $60 at this laundromat and I needed to charge my phone. I couldn’t charge it because the wall jack are all locked up!!! I called the number listed to asked if someone is able to open it. I was told no because of homeless people using it! They don’t care about their customers bc of homeless people? That’s no fair! Anyway, im Taking my business somewhere else! Ridiculous!!!!

Absolutely amazing. Super clean, large capacity washer and dryers. Complimentary “rinse washer” cycle to rinse out prior loads’ detergent, too! Jody is incredibly kind and a joy to talk to, especially while working on my least favorite task!

Just visited this laundromat for the first time to wash bedding and I was so surprised how fast the washer takes. Maybe it’s standard but it only took around 20 min for the washer (60lb washer is $10.50) and then as for the dryer you choose how long you want it to run. I love that there’s an app so you can pay with Apple Pay but they do have a machine for change. The laundromat itself is clean, has WiFi and enough seating.

UPDATED REVIEW w/photos (lowered based on new changes):`( PROS: Wash prices, machine cleanliness, availability, and not busy. CONS: Dryer time reduced per cost. Charging stations removed. Electrical outlets covered and locked off from charging access... Sadly, the main reasons making them my first choice are now gone. **I understand loitering causes. But there's other options for solving those problems rather than everyone having to deal with the consequences of others' actions. ORIGINAL REVIEW: Definitely will be using again! Clean. Lower priced. Charging station. Kid area. Pay Coin or Digital. Love the laundry app! Pay, control, and get updates on your load. Bonus credits for paying in app! Vending machines without jacked up prices like others. I'd give it 5 stars but NO bathroom. Unfortunately. But hey, the plants are a nice touch!

We usually go to Vancouver laundromat on 76th but they never have parking so decided to give this place a try after reading reviews. They have new owners and you can tell they have really worked hard to turn this place around. It's very bright and clean inside and the machines are new. Really love the rinse cycle on the machines. So you can clean them before use. It's pretty quite as well. This will definitely be our new go to place.

10/10 we will be back to do our laundry here again! handicap accessible was a HUGE plus for me. Was able to move around with ease. Absolutely love the app feature to pay! It was clean, love the washer/dryer selection for small to extra large loads. Overall had a really great experience here. Kiddo friendly too!

Very nice and clean place..I texted the owner to see if it was open because it's Easter and she answered back. That was pretty awesome

Been to alot of laundromats in Vancouver. This one is by far the best. Always clean. Machines are Easy to use. Love the clean up station. Good selection of seats to wait.

Clean machines, clean facilities, easy to use payment app. I also appreciated the small play area for my child to have a little fun while we waited for our laundry to be done.

Beware of bleach already in your machine!!!! I ruined expensive clothes. Thats what’s the machine wash cycle is for. As it’s my first time here, I didn’t know. Why in the WORLD would someone leave bleach in a machine when they could just use the rinse cycle if they didn’t need it. The store itself was nice just a terrible terrible experience. People purposely leave bleach?!
