Sucks!!! half of the dryers don’t work. Lost 12 quarters to the rest. Dirty and unkept. Outside parking lot also looks horrible with all the trash. Don’t even use the vending machine, candy and chips in there look old and dusty. Who knows how long items have been in there. Needs new management! DO NOT recommend.

I wash every Sunday here I used to go at about 5 in the evening but now that they're open 24 hours I go about 2/3 in the morning. There's less people and it's not so stuffy because I'm not all the dryers are being used it at the exact same time. Overall this place is not so bad and the owners are only there during the day between 8 and 5 Monday through Friday so if there is an issue with any of the washer and dryers make a note of which washer and dryer it is and how much money you lost and what the issue was so that you may call the Hair dresser place right next door cuz that's theirs as well and they will give you a full refund.

The place is okay i always go in the morning's cause its not that crowded. The only thing is that some of these dryers just don't dry like they used to and you end up putting a lot of money in one machine if there are no other available. Yea there is a whole wall of dryers but it just seems that when you need to dry everyone needs to dry.

Cleaning crew is EXTREMELY RUDE !! literally there was NOBODY there and my daughter was sitting while playing with some small toys , & she went up to her to take her the chair away because tables are only for folding clothes... ok I understand that tables are to fold clothes but no one was there , no one needed to use the table or chair so she wasn’t supposed to take the chair away from my daughter. The lady & her daughter started screaming that its not a playground in there , that they were going to get my clothes and throw them outside... BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!

It’s always so DIRTY and the MAINTENANCE PEOPLE are so RUDE They Really Need To FIRE THAT LADY they don’t know how to ask POLITELY to put ur mask on she comes in and snaps at everybody wanna act all TOUGH AND RUDE when they get their to clean at NIGHT AND ONLY AT NIGHT and who cleans the handles of the machines ALL DAY ?? when nobody cleans during the day But At NIGHT they wanna Make A Show And call COPS Bc Of A MASK when someone is clearly eating and distancing him self bc he’s not wearing it …..They CARE so much About COVID yet they have the chairs all TOGETHER TIED UP WITH ZIP-TIES how is that correct ???? So We All Have to SIT TOGETHER TOUCHING And NO DISTANCING GONG ON yet they wanna call COPS bc of a MASK

So we had the cleaning gentleman force us to wear mask at night, but are these people aware that if they try to force a mask on you they can get in trouble? They cannot impose a mask mandate by Texas law

Everytime i come here i use the big washers and they stop washing and i have to pay again and again to be able to wash my clothes or even to get them out of the washer and their is no one here to help u out and it did it again and i cant even get my clothes out of it i guess i have to break the glass window to get them out im done with this place

Somebody took all my clothes & i cant get a hold of anybody in charge !! DO NOT WAIST UR TIME GOING HERE . SUPER DIRTY , NOONE TO HELP YOU & HALF OF THE WASHERS AND DRIERS DONT WORK!! & THEIR NOT EVEN LABELED FOR US TO KNOW WHICH ONES ARE WORKING.

Came in to dry a load after dryer took a dump at home Wasted 1.50 for a dryer that wouldn't dry No one around to help with refund Went up the road instead

Staff are extremely rude. More than half of the machines are not working and they refuse to take any action. Save your quarters and go somewhere else
