Lone star laundry

The new person you have is mostly on her phone and hardly ever cleaning. I know there is a sign on bathroom sign that says out of service, but it is working. Depending on who is working, they have opened for me and yes it is working just fine. But, some workers lie to my face and say it doesn’t work when I ask to unlock so I can use. Today there were only 5 carts out and all used. When asked if they can bring out more the lady said that is all there is. That is also not true. I have seen way more out and sometimes they put in the back and have seen them bring out more when certain customers they know ask. Treat your customers better!!!

Pricey. You have to buy a "laundry card". Ten dollar minimum if you're using a credit/debit card and you're hit with a 4 percent fee. It is $4.18 for a small washer and $6.10 for the medium. Dryers are 89 cents for 8 minutes. They're not too hot. If you reload, use cash to avoid the $10 minimum and 4 percent fee. Bring lots of ones. Better yet, go somewhere else. The ambiance ain't worth the price. The HVAC ducts overhead are dusty.

First time here to Lone Star Laundry and this place is beautiful. It's the middle of the day and it's cold in here! Lone Star Laundry is huge, clean, lots of space to fold your cloths. They are playing great music, they have 5 TVs, security and an attendant that is helpful and friendly, what is not to like about this place? The regular wash is $1.38, the driers run 39 cents for 8 mins. Bring dollar bills to use the Laundry Card machine because if you use a credit card the minimum will be $10. I had dollar bills so it worked out of me

Employee working on Saturday 9-6-25 reprimanded me and another customer for walking on wet floor. She had mopped in front of all of the smaller dryers all at once. If she had mopped only a section at a time we would have been happy to stay off the wet spots. She seriously expected me to wait to dry my 4 loads until the floor was completely dry. I don't pay mo ey to get admonished like I'm a child.

This is the second time I have came and my clothes have not dry. Had them on 40 minutes. And still wet as hell. Then you all cannot give me a free dry and she never has a card to do that. Don’t you think you might run into some cases where the washers or the dryers aren’t working? Then on top of that, you have a lady that works here that does not speak English at all, so it’s very hard for me and her to communicate. You all need to have someone bilingual that can speak both English and Spanish. And she always has a attitude every single time that I come to her like what is her attitude problem for because I’m telling you about your washer or dryer do y’all ever think that it could be your washer or dryer? That’s not working,

We have been coming here since it first opened. We appreciate the new machines and overall cleanliness. However the reason for the 1 star review, is that the restrooms are locked for paying customers. We find it rude, very uncomfortable, discourteous, and very inconvenient, especially when we're here for 1-2 hours washing clothes. We know the restroom works because we see the employees use it! Yet for us, the Paying Customers, it is now always locked! We get it that there are homeless people, that take advantage. But why should we made to suffer, when we really Need to use it??!! We are already looking for a new facility, to do business with $$$, and do our laundry. We will tell our family and friends to be wary of coming here. We will change the review, if we see immediate positive changes. If not, you've lost us as paying customers.

I've been coming here for several months now and it's a really nice laundry mat. Yes it has its problems such as homeless hanging around and I've noticed security there sometimes but I don't think they've hired one full time. However, this place is usually kept clean. The washers and dryers work fine. I'm still coming even AFTER price increase because they're still some of the cheapest prices in town. I was going to a laundry mat where they charge $3 to use the small machines so I definitely don't mind paying $1.68 for them. The dryers are 0.39 for every 8 minutes which pretty much still comes out to JUST OVER 1.50 which is price for most dryers everywhere anyway. I've also gotten to befriend Ms. Nancy, the laundry attendant here who is very friendly and always has a great attitude. I always see her walking up and down sweeping, mopping, cleaning the machines, wiping down table tops, etc. She is such a great worker and such a busy bee. Every time she's here this place is clean. Unfortunately it's SOME of the customers that leave it looking dirty leaving their trash everywhere like really? You can't pick up your your trash or your dryer sheets and walk them to the darn trash? I've witnessed this PLENTY of times and it's pretty sad. Ms. Nancy works so hard to keep this place looking clean just so SOME customers could care less and leave their damn trash behind. We're all adults, pick up after yourself. Have some consideration and respect. Thank you Ms. Nancy for ALL your hard work, I appreciate your efforts. I hope Lonestar Laundry knows what a gem Ms. Nancy is. 🙏🙂

The only good thing about this place is location to where I live. The staff with glasses lied to me, first she said her name was Rosa when I asked to speak to manager or call in with complaint because she refused to allow me to wash my hands in the bathroom which always has a sign up but let’s be honest, they decide who gets to use and who doesn’t get to use the restroom. I don’t speak Spanish so guess I’m not allowed. Her real name is Nancy and she called me “estupido” in front of my wife who didn’t allow someone to get away with acting immature, she confronted Nancy and then Nancy directed the childish behavior to my wife. She’s not afraid of management perhaps she’s even family to them, because no one will do anything and instead my wife and I are told that they feel we should take our business to another laundromat??? When did it become ok to lie to customers, call names and act inappropriately when you represent a business and I’m a paying customer…. I agree with other comments only reason for one star is because I can’t put less but this place is a negative stars if you ask for the truth.

The restroom it work the people worker there lock us all out not let us use restroom or the fountain water said it “out of order” when it is not out of order. It forces us all go to qt to use thier restroom and pay beverage. The guy work there truly rude to me when I try do wash my children clothes at 4 am when it suppose open 24 hours he saw me park there wait for him to unlock he ingorant me refuse open door. So I end up have to go other area hurt my time to get finish wash provide my children clean clothes. For this guy who just got hired mean. Only speak Spanish smh. Awful.

this place is cheap, clean, fresh in the back But sadly the lady and staff is a mess. The restroom is always locked and out of order, when it’s just so customers don’t use it. The last time I was there a man who works there knocked on the door while I was in there I said loudly it’s busy and he unlocked the door using the key, luckily I was washing my hands but not cool.. sadly won’t be returning to This place I had to correct my review..

Wouldn't give any stars if I could.. I got charged 10 dollars and never got a card. I tried calling all the locations but, no numbers seem to work. No one is ever there to speak to as well.

This is the WORST PLACE TO DO LAUNDRY. This place drains you out of your wallet with $1.19 for 8 minutes and I spent $4.76 in total for 32 minutes and our clothes still didn't dry properly. DON'T EVER GO HERE I HOPE THIS PLACE GOES BANKRUPT. And the lazy STAFF were sitting there on their phones too

I go there weekly. They chose the best night shift worker. He is polite and helps as much as possible. A very good choice for this person. Thank you for every time I come and you come running to open the door for me.

I LOVE this laundromat. It is clean, well run, plenty of windows, and right next door to a QT Gas Station. I also love that it is literally right off Highway 410. There is plenty of lighting at night so I feel safe whether doing laundry in the daytime or the evening.

Very clean very friendly and very open! Just off the interstate and convenient. I was here on New Years Eve at midnight doing my laundry. The prices are very reasonable and all new equipment makes it perfect for me.
