We LOVE THIS LAUNDROMAT. The manager/owner's name is Gabby. She's fantastic. Everyone who works there that we met were very professional and kind. Very helpful. The place is so clean. The bathrooms are spotless. The dryers and washers will text you when they're done! They have a free Keurig coffee machine. I could live here. I'm thinking about moving in.

I needed to find a good laundromat since our gas got cut off by the city and so searching for a highly rated one I found this place. I read the worst reviews — as one does and the one that stood out to me was the water level not being enough and the clothes not smelling or feeling clean and luckily I had neither of those issues. I had to do 4 separate average loads so I used the 5 loads machines — logically if you need to wash a larger load you need to use a larger machine that can sufficiently wash them, cramming a ton of clothes into a small washer is not going to make your clothes clean. These washers weigh your laundry and fill up with enough water but they spin so FAST that they get so much of the water out so they dry faster. I literally was able to complete all my laundry including unloading, using their kiosk thing to get the card, wash, dry, fold all my clothes, then load it into my car in about an 1 hour and 45 minutes; this is insanely fast compared to the HOURS I’ve spent in other laundromats years before when we had gas line issues at home and couldn’t wash. I haven’t been to a laundromat in years so really don’t know with 100% certainty what’s cheap or expensive but with how super efficient their machines are then $6.50 for their medium sized washing machine is on the pricier side BUT what you get back is not having to spend so much time doing laundry. Pros: Fast wash & dry cycles Ease of paying a with funds card Free coffee and water Sells laundry detergent etc Machines will send a text that your cycle is done Places to eat nearby Cons: Folding tables and floors where maybe not the cleanest Affordability Dryers are not free but $.25 for about 8 minutes

I am a traveler who needed to do one load of laundry. The single load electrolux professional machines here are wicked fast. And the dryers are fast as well. The place was very clean and the lady at the counter was super friendly and helpful. Highly recommend the trip out here to do laundry if you were to be staying at one of the fancy hotels downtown that don't offer laundry rooms for the guests.

I LOVE LOVE washing here. I never have to wait for a washer nor dryer. Both washers and dryers are quick! I’m out of there in 1&1/2 hours. Other laundry mats I’m there for 3 or more hours. This location is clean and Lisa AKA Blue is always so helpful and kind. She’s never inside the counter office they have there. Blue is always out on the floor assisting customers (regardless of the language barrier customers she will get what they need done) and keeping the place clean. She is also a reason I have returned to this location.

I love the staff and how clean they maintain the place! This man right here! My daughter is always running around and he is very patient with her even allowing her to “help”. I don’t mind driving from Richardson to here!

This place is clean, and next level. Machines text you when they’re done. I’m assuming he was the owner when I was there, great guy and customer service was AMAZING! They do drop off and pick up service. I highly recommend

I've been coming here for about 2 years now. They have a special where you load $20 into your wash card and it gives you a $2 credit. It is always very clean and the machines are fast. I am out in about 1 1/2 hours. That's with washing, drying and folding. The attendant Gaby is very helpful and kind always informing me of any new deals they have going on.

I had a fantastic experience at WaveMax thanks to amazing service from Joel. He was friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to keep the place clean and running smoothly. He helped me with machine selection, answered my questions with a smile, and made sure everything was clean. The washers and dryers were well-maintained, and I truly appreciated his attention to detail. It’s rare to find such great customer service these days, and I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommended!

Very clean and quiet. Joel was a big help. I was couple mins late pass the cut off time and he still let me wash. I really appreciate that. Good dude.
