I have used the drop off service for bigger items such as comforters and blankets that my home washing machine cannot handle the capacity. The policy here is that items left longer than 90 days are donated. My items were donated the day after I received a reminder notification that my daughter’s bed comforter was ready to be picked up. This was 35 days after drop off. My items were donated so the policy was not upheld. Now the owner is LYING because he absolutely told me the policy was donated after 90 days. 30 days was NEVER mentioned. He actually said “of course” when I asked him why he donated before 90 days when that’s his policy and he replied “of course you come to pick it up as soon as I donate it”. Do not lie to make yourself look better since I left a Google review about you not following your own policies. I’m glad you changed your receipts but that doesn’t change the fact that you went against your own policy and donated my item. I did get 2 texts and ONE phone call from Nina. I saved the voicemail to remind me to pick it up when I got back from being out of town. Your $30 offer doesn’t even cover half of the cost that I had to pay to replace the item that you donated against your own policy. I even left some stars because I had used you for so long but the lying is wild. Have the day you deserve.

This laundromat does the wash and fold for my massage therapy business. The laundromat is very clean, the staff is very friendly and helpful! I've even witnessed the owner stepping in to lend a hand when necessary. This is a top-notch business!

Best laundromat I've ever been to! They take both cash and credit cards, have an ATM and money changers, Wi-Fi, a sink with soap in the dispenser and water fountains. I went on a Saturday and Sunday and it wasn't full at all! Plus, it's spacey enough that you don't feel cramped with the people who are in there. It's nice enough in here to make me question whether I need a washer and dryer in the first place!

This is a excellent laundry mat, all machines seemed to be in working order clear signage stating the weight load and capacity. Many big washers and dryers available. Clean bathroom. Plus it takes cards and cash best of all worlds.

I reviewed before, but it was bad and a different owner. I went in today with a coupon to give them another chance.... they did a great job today. Nice place and nice new machines. Prices weren't bad either. They are close to me so it's convenient! The lady working was very nice and helped me figure out the new machine! Will definitely return! Great job! 👍

Clean facilities, bathroom was clean bit required a key. The attendant let us in the bathroom everytime without a problem. The machines were efficient and used my credit card vs a laundry mat card. It was kid of crowded but the dryers took half the time to dry my clotha as some other laundry mats.

Probably the cleanest, nicest laundromat I’ve used while traveling. Washers and dryers are literally shiny clean, bathroom is very clean, machines take credit cards as well as coins. Attendant on duty was very helpful. Definitely worth the detour off the interstate.

A few moths ago the laundromat was amazing and clean. A few suspicious characters from time to time. Unfortunately I found a couple roach inside the washing machines. The owner was polite and said there’s not much he can do because people bring them inside their clothes. I also reported a very nasty employee whom I had issues with a few times yet she’s still working here!! What happened to good customer service requirements these days?!?
