Wish I could give this place a negative -5 star..machine don't work properly..poor costumer service the list goes on..Will never return!!!!

This is the worst laundromat I've ever been to in my entire life the people were the rudest people I've ever met and the place stinks and they are racist and rude and I hope they go out of business and I hope I hope somebody treats them the way they treat people and see what it's like very very rude people do not go there if I could give zero Stars I would they really deserve one star

The staff is literally drunk and they have alcohol with them when I walked up to them they started laughing at me. What kind of laundry mat did I just walk in to. When I asked help for the machine not washing my clothes she told me to ignore the error sign that there’s nothing wrong.

This is One of the nastiest trashy laundromats here in Fort Worth the Mexicans think they own it. Children arrived here at 9:20. They were supposed to close at 10 o’clock last 930. We only came here to dry our clothes the close the door and Locked it Saying they were closed!!!! They were your clothes, dryer, their people!!!! Of the worst places to come wash your clothes smell like sewer inside

This place has its pros and cons. The cons are: 1. There is never anyone around to assist the customers or keep this place tidy. 2. This place is constantly dirty 3. The candy machines have been empty for weeks. 4. The restroom has been out of service for God knows when. The pros are: 1. You can use your credit or debit card to pay with. All you have to do is load the money on a wash card and your set. 2. They also accept quarters plus if you run out on your card you can just insert coins to the machine and make up the difference of what you owe 3. I love how well the machines wash and dry. You get 4 different size machines, they are single, double, triple and the biggest is 5 loads. All this place is really missing is someone to work here and keep the place neat and help customers. If this place had someone here I'd give it a higher rating.

This place used to be a good place to wash. Now that they have a new owner, the maintenance on the washers and dryers seems non existent because half their machines don’t work. People have to wait and fight for a machine just to get anything done. Will be looking elsewhere to wash.

Last night was the worst experience I have ever had at a laundromat. First they had no change and so I tried to buy a pay card. It stole my 20$ and lo and behold no one was there to help me. Then when I did finally get someone she called the cops because I didn't want to leave until I got my money. Rude service no signs posted and never an actual attendant who can do something for you. I didn't get my money back either.

I used to come here and now it is HORRIBLE!!!! DO NOT COME HERE! The floor was wet and no sign of caution, card swiper didn’t work, asked for help and the guy in the front office was so rude, looked for help in the back, NOBODY WAS THERE! The place was super hot, and just so ghetto. Don’t come here. Save your time and effort and don’t even try coming here.
