Bad costumer service , this isn’t the first time I get an attitude from this same employee, from shift of Friday , 03/28/25 at 3:50 Pm . Also lady did not mark the machine has not working and didn’t refound my money back , and when I suggested she put a sign up for costumers to not just loose money , she replied with I don’t know what you mean , and continued to ignore me . Very unsatisfying. To have to deal with this kind of costumer service . When you’re providing business for such a long time .

I am using for almost a year this place and I like it, is clean and machines works decently all good except the lady worker who always is with actitude, acting like she didn’t like her job, a diference to the other workers there who are very nice and friendly and solve problems, today ( Saturday jan 18 2025 5:30pm) I asked for help but her actitud makes me better remove my laundry by myself just because her. And yes I let her know she always acting like that sorry but is true.

I had to leave with my clothes wet because they weren’t able to take cards. There were no signs that mentioned this anywhere & the lady at the front desk was not helpful. I asked her to please contact the manager or anyone else & she refused.

Once again had a horrible experience it is 4:40 in the afternoon on a Saturday just leaving the laundromat got frustrated One of the dryers number 64 is not drying I was trying to find the attendant so she can help me give me my money back or help me put my clothes in a different dryer and she is nowhere to be found I spent a total of 250 on the dryer and it still didn't even work and then I had to put my clothes in another dryer for 15 minutes to get my clothes dry andhad my son go outside to look for her and she was nowhere to be found I even help

Every time we go wash there the lady is dusting and has dust everywhere she dust all in your clothes she is rude and disrespectful there no number to reach the owner or the person in charge there another family that spent $70 and didn’t get to fold there clothes because dust was all over folding tables I took pictures to show how nasty it was last time I go there wish it would let us post pictures my son had bad allergies to dust and this is so bad….

I'm just going to say this: this laundromat is small & not so busy when I go. I love that because you don't have to wait for one of those laundry carts, washer machines, dryers, or the sorting/folding tables. It's not loud or noisy. You aren't having to go around people to try to get your stuff or to get to a machine. They do have an attendant working that keeps the facility clean & assists the customers. They have one of the card machines you put your money on or using a credit/debit card if you would rather use the machines with a card rather than use quarters. They do have a snack vending machine & a soda vending machine. They do have a bathroom there and sitting for all ages. They have an easier way to get in/out of the laundromat with one of those laundry carts through the back door. So, if you rather do your washing at a quieter place then this place is the place to go.

I have been using CT Laundry's Wash and Fold service on a weekly basis since May of this year. Susan takes meticulous care of my laundry every time. She's very thorough and my laundry is perfect every week, which is an immeasurable value. When I had a special request, it was no problem for Susan. She is professional, conscientious and has excellent customer service skills. If you want to do your laundry in a safe neighborhood, in a clean laundromat or have them do it for you at a reasonable cost, then CT Laundry is the place!

My husband has been using this laundromat for over a year. Even when he lived all the way in Lamar, he came here. Now that we moved closer, we still go there. The place is clean, the machines are in good condition and the prices are great. We have no complaints about the employees. And yes there are children. But you shouldn’t be bothered. Do you want their parents to leave them at home alone? I’m sure not going to leave mine. And surely this will not change my review. The place is just the best!
