Sun Cleaners

Times must be tough at this cleaners. Dropped off a set of ASU's to get a rank sewn on (which I provided), and an extra service stripe sewn on. Additionally, I got my pants, jacket, and shirt dry cleaned and 1 set of OCP's pressed (not even cleaned) Now, I should've asked how much it would be prior to, that's on me. But, when I went and picked them up. She told me it was $94.00. I couldn't believe what I heard. I won't be using this establishment again. No surprise she was once blacklisted. Steer clear folks.

DO NOT COME HERE SHE BURNED MY PANTS!!!! I came pick up my clothes and wanted to try them on to see if they fit, she said no I didn’t have to try it. Weird but okay. I didn't want to force it so I trusted her I paid and left. I didnt look at my clothes until late that night, found a big burnt mark on my pants wonder why she did not let me try them on at her shop. I would not be mad if she be honest and told me what happened, it's just a pants I would not make it a big deal. She was dishonest and unprofessional. I read the bad reviews but I thought the job on those pants were too simple to mess up and her shop was nearby. I learn my lesson now to trust the reviews DO NOT GO THERE IF YOU DON'T WANT TO LOSE YOUR MONEY AND CLOTHES!!!!

Well I took my formal dress to be hemmed. The lady said she could do it for 75.00. I said wow, that's expensive. She said if i pay cash she would do it for 65.00. After two weeks I went to pick it up. She did ok, but it was not to my satisfaction.

You have been warned theft of service!!!!! I guess I didn’t read the reviews before I went. I just thought it would be convenient because it was passing through my location. They literally swear that they cleaned my clothes did not clean my clothes. It smells the same as I left it. They kept one of my jackets and didn’t even tell me that they couldn’t clean it when I had a timeline that I had to have it for, they stole my money. It was the forth hood location!!!!!!

I strongly recommend finding another dry cleaners. I was charged for repairs that I did not approve. They had my phone number to contact me for situations like this and they never did. I asked for a light starch, my shirts we stiff as a board. And the cost at this cleaners is more than it's worth. But that is just my opinion.

Went to pick up dress blues from here today. And the lady at the desk said $90. I looked at her and said what? you’re joking right?!? She said you wanted it express. I said there’s no way it’s that much and that the shops down the road from fort hood are $35 and maybe $55 for express. So she said fine you pay $80… What a scam or rip off the fact they can do and get away with stuff like this is wildin and should be illegal… soldiers whatever you don’t go here.

I've been in for 18 years and every alteration shop I have used over the years has been generally the same price so I didn't even think to ask how much all the alterations would cost (simply sewing on rank to several items). When I came back to pickup, I did a double take at the receipt and realized they had charged me at least three times any other place I have ever used. Total rip off.

Poor service. The lady behind the counter couldn't iron a "iron on patch". Instead she sew it on. Last week they lost some of my clothing and I witnessed several coustomer come in and complained. I see the reason. Unacceptable business equittes. Please go somewhere else that value their customers. Thanks

Eloped my shirts and slacks off and as always I paid in advance. I inquired as to why she didn't give me a receipt and she replied that it was not necessary. When I returned to pick up she told me $38.00 and I explained that I had already paid her in advance she said that she never billed my credit card. As a matter of principal I stopped by the following week and showed her my bank statement showing the exact same charge twice for the exact amount to her store. Her response was that I had brought the same clothes in twice. You want to get ripped off just stop on in. For my 6 shirts and 2 pair of slacks $38.00 So I wound up paying Miss Ching $76.00 to press and light starch my clothes.

Got a ACU top sewn with my patches (name, rank, and us army) that I provided them and was charged $10. Not bad. Went back a few months later and got 2 tops sewn again with the patches I supplied. Upon pick up the lady at the front told me it was $66 dollars!! I argued back and forth with her for a good 10 minutes and when she realized I was right her response was to give me $10 back so still charging me $56. DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE!! They put whatever prices they want and will try to hustle you for your money!
