My Favorite Cleaners

I asked for a dry clean for my silk saree and got it back ripped. I got no refund and no compensation. I will never think of coming back here. I would never suggest or recommend this place to anyone. This saree is very expensive and the manager started to blame the manufacturer. Please don’t send your clothes to them. Not trustworthy at all, and worst customer service.

Charged double than quoted plus stains are still there and wrinkles too, not iron properly. Definitely not recommend.

If I could give this business a 0 star I would! The worst dry cleaning store ever! They were supposed to stitch a patch to my jacket. The first try they stitched it to the wrong spot and the second redo the patch went upside down…I asked them to fix it for the 3rd time and they refused to finish the job and had the audacity to still charging me for the cleaning!! Truly unbelievable, unprofessional and unacceptable!! They just lost my business and I would strongly advise anyone to stay away from this place. The store should be called “My Least Favorite Cleaners”

I gave My Favorite Cleaners a bad review about a month ago. Since then the owner called and apologized for the issues I had previously. I appreciated his apology and I am using them again with great results.

I had a truly terrible experience with this dry cleaner. Not only did they shrink my clothes by washing them instead of dry cleaning as requested, but they also had the audacity to charge me for dry cleaning services. To make matters worse, my wife's clothes were returned to us with a stain that was not present when we dropped them off. It's clear that this place does not take proper care of their customers' belongings and lacks the competence to handle simple tasks like dry cleaning. I would strongly advise anyone considering using this dry cleaner to look elsewhere for a more reliable and competent service. Save yourself the headache and potential damage to your wardrobe by avoiding this place at all costs. Trust me, you'll thank yourself later.

I don’t leave reviews but this place deserves this one, and it took a lot for this to happen. 1. Overpriced - I don’t mind being overpriced but what bothered me most was every time I went it was a different price for the same 5 shirts I got dry cleaned. One week was $18, the next was $20. I would never know the total until it was time to pickup and pay. 2. They tore the cuffs for my $100 shirt and blamed me for it. 3. I gave them a white shirt, practically clean. All I wanted was a dry clean, and when I picked it up it had a long dust mark streak because their machines aren’t clean. 4. They replaced the buttons on one of my shirts. I’m assuming it fell off somewhere and they didn’t see it… but the fact that they put a darker replacement was annoying. Then they didn’t tell me anything and I noticed once I got home. I just took it on myself to check every time before I left the place because they like to blame you if you take it home and then complain. 5. The straw that broke the camels back was the fact that today I called 4 mins before closing, and I requested that she stay until 7pm (closing time) so that I can pickup my clothes which I desperately needed the next day. Mind you, I live walking distance away and I already got into my car. The proximity to my house was the only reason I put up with the place for the past 9 months. She went on to tell me that she already closed and was leaving. Being super close I drive up anyway and she was counting at the register at 6:58. I walk up and the door is locked, she sees me and continues to count. I’m not one to get angry easily but that pissed me off. They are not a limited service, in fact dry cleaners are everywhere. I can take the time to drive 1 more minute and find a better location. I’d advise you all do the same.

Customer service is awful, I took some work clothes to this place to get Just wash and fold, and the man there didn’t wanted to do it he said they needed to be dry clean because obviously it’s more expensive, anyways I didn’t want to dry clean some work coveralls. So I was leaving, on my way out of the door this man said “come back when you got more money” rude and insulting people 🤬🤬🤬

I hate leaving a negative review but I’m doing this more as a warning for those who have expensive clothes and don’t want them ruined. I gave the cleaners more than 10 chances to see if they can improve their process and gave them my business for over a year and half. But they keep disappointing me by giving my clothes back in poor laundered conditions - my black dress is now grey and doesn’t look dry cleaned it looks like it was washed in the washer and ironed poorly. My silk blouse with pleated sleeves had the pleats “ironed” out on one sleeve and other is still pleated. Continuously they kept doing this month after month but I kept giving them chances to improve bc they’re a neighborhood business but no one cares. No improvement and for $18 to clean a dress I expect more!

This place is always busy and they do a good job in a timely manner. Clearly they dont ask for any positive reviews thats why their rating is lower than it should be

This was an amazing cleaning service and will be returning and brining a lot more clothes. This cleaned my suits and dress clothes and made them feel brand new. They make it nice and easy to get in and out with your clothes.
