Super Wash House - Rocky Hill

I use this laundromat often cause how close it is. First time ive had issues with the card reader on the washer. First 2 times it said "network error" but took my money anyway. So,ive been charged $15 for one wash......great.

Good laundromat with 24 hour self service operation decent prices and convenient location. It's sometimes less than spotless there but I haven't found it in terrible condition.

This place is beyond disgusting. Literally I rushed and did 1 load so I didn't come out here for nothing. Trash every. Clogged up detergent in dispensers. I could go on and on. Only came here bc my washer broke but remember coming here years ago and it was pretty nice. But now this is gross way beyond nasty. Do better please

VERY dirty, burnt walls and 2 dryers STILL not fixed nor replaced (I've came here for first time abut 4 months ago and it was like that), theres a total of about 12 machines that doesn work including the coke and snack machine. There's STILL black smoke residue still in the vents from whenever it caught fire. There's also another hole above the bigger washing machines. It's a by far.. the worst laundromat to go to.

This laundry facility is INFESTED WITH ROACHES. I sat at a table and a baby roach walks across me. They’re all over the walls and floor. Cobb webs all over the place, DIRTY AND SMELLY MACHINES that are clearly never cleaned. This place is DISGUSTING. The owner should be ashamed. Not to mention the hole in the ceiling from excessive water damage. There were 5 machines marked out of order. I would be embarrassed to own this place. I will never come here again. I brought food to eat while waiting and had to throw it away once I saw a roach on the table. God knows how many roaches people have taken with them. When was the last time this place has been cleaned???? The owner needs to get it together.

Many dryers do not get very hot, Several out of order machines, otherwise pretty clean, and was affordable, must have new owners because prices went up and dryers still dont dry...how are you going to raise prices when more than half your dryers dont work? Do better!

This is one of the nastiest laundry mat I've ever used. Cochroaches crawling around the bathroom sink and on floor. Dryers don't work or heat up. Molded soap dispenser on washes that is bad e ought to make your skin crawl. The floor is dirty. The big washers are 6.75 only two work the rest are out of order. They give you 4 minutes a quarter on the dryer. The o ly upside is that it's 24/7. I will be contacting the health department or Bbb. This is not a publicly safe location for cleaning your clothes health wise.

Thought I'd either: 1) leave my bedspread for the laundry service; or 2) wash it myself. The lady working there was nice. She told me it would be $40.00 for the service, so I decided to wash it myself. Large washer was $6.25 and did a good job. Several dryers (3 to be exact) were out of order. I used dryer #1 which dried my spread for $3.00. So, the machines got the job done well at a decent price. My concern was the floors and tables. The floors were VERY dirty (well actually filthy) with food crumbs all over, dirty foot prints, etc. I sure wouldn't want to drop clean clothes on them. The tables were sticky with cola rings, etc. Might try a different laundromat next time. Such simple cleanliness should not be overlooked by a good business.

It just astounds me the way it’s let go….machines filthy dryer vents loaded with lint Machines half working order Floors dirty ; bathroom not fit enough to wanna use it just amazes me I’m cleaning g my machines I use and try to show appreciation to have the laundromat even if it’s the terrible shape it’s bn left in NEED to get the correct peeps to care for it just sayin there will never be another Ms verlie

This place has really gone downhill. I used to really like this laundromat but the past few times I have used it. I have been beyond disappointed. Today was the third time I've come that the coin machine doesn't work, every single machine is loaded with tons of dog hair. I used 14 antibacterial wipes just trying to get one machine cleaned out so I could do a load and then I went to use the coin machine and it won't take anything. I tried a 20, a 10, a five and a one. It wouldn't take anything. There's one garbage can that's full and trash everywhere. Every machine is dirty. Just trying to put your clothes in a machine that's already dirty is just gross. I used to come here years ago and it was always kept clean. There was multiple garbage cans and I never had a problem with the coin machine. I know I don't remember ever having to wipe the machines out as much as I'm having to now. You need to have a working coin machine if you're going to try to do laundry and I'm just over it, I will not be back.
