This place is horrible. Several machines are "On Vacation!" It costs me twice as much to do laundry here as it does in Athens. I should mention that I live in Ten Mile. I only came here today because I needed to go to TVA Credit Union & get groceries. So, I thought, WTH, I'll take my laundry & do it all at once. BAD DECISION!!

Called someone whom I assume is owner or manager. Started telling him the problem. He cut me off and said he would call me back. Have been waiting and no return call. I have items in a washer that has stopped mid cycle can’t open the door and my items are still inside. The display states it is out of order. Door coil. It wasn’t out of order when I started it. I have $100 worth of kitchen rugs (2) in there. Now what am I supposed to do? Money gone, items lost, even bought the laundry detergent, fabric softener and bleach from there for the ease. Still waiting on a call! I will edit this post when and if I get my problem handled. Update: finally got the guy to talk to me and he said he no longer has this coin laundry! Wow! Just wow! If the owner happens to see this please reply here and tell me what to do! Otherwise I’m going to the courthouse to get your info.

1st time there, nice people getting their clothes done. But expect to pay alot. Someone helped me out. If you have big loads use the big machines. It will save you a couole dollars per load. Clean.

My experience and 4 issues with this place. 1st they're not open late. 2nd you'd better look in a washer before using it because there's a 90 percent chance it's got gobs of dog hair in most of them. 3rd I've had throw away most of my clothe in a 6 month period due to the water at this place making my clothes have a stinking sour smell. 4th is if a machine takes your money the 1 800 number is absolutely useless, you simply lost out. I now drive to lenoir city where they're open 24 hrs a day and the machines work and my clothes don't come out smelling soured. Kingston's laundromat it by far better also but there also seems to be ppl washing items covered in dog hair there too so give the washers a look through and a smell test or you may be regretting a lack of laziness

Watch washers! Dirty buisness practices! No water at beginning of cycle! No number to contact with any issues at facility or online. Told attendant machine didnt function properly and he didnt care. Informed me there was a sign on it but didnt put another one on it. Basically saying they knew it was broken but didnt take it out of service Ripping off the next person. Was not offered compensation for loss of the $7.00. Shady!!

Our washer had went out and I needed to do some laundry before we got our new one and I was very impressed with the way the laundry mat was very clean and it was affordable to do laundry there.

Nice clean very friendly people and great atmosphere whenever your not in the best of mood anyway having to take ur laundry to a public laundry mat. Exceptional service from the owner!!!
