Celebration Laundry

Clean but missing alot. Machines are old, running down alot had broken signs. Prices are nice, but still using coins, new age is app pay or card. Need to close your bulkhead, kids could get behind your machines, law suit.

Total ripoffThe attendant told me they do not have hot water here because it doesn't need it. And if it doesn't need hot water, why is it mandated to use hot water when hospitals wash dirty Sheets? Really makes me angry that they are passing off the cost to us without telling us before we walk in the door. To think about it, it really feels like they're stealing from me, because I was expecting hot water to get my clothes clean and make sure that they were sanitized correctly.

Jermaine, has always done a great job with my laundry. I drop it off and pick it up either later or the next day. Never a problem and he always has a smile on his face….

I’ve been coming here for a few weeks and it’s normally an easy experience, but recently there’s a woman working upfront that’s incredibly rude. she yells across the room to customers and creates an overall unwelcoming environment. she’s also a fan of accusing customers of “leaving their clothes in machines for too long” which is very unprofessional. would not recommend coming while she’s here

I see all these reviews about how clean it is but its very grimy! Been to alot of laundromats in the area and these machines are the only ones that dont properly wash anything, smells the same as i put it in and i DONT skimp on soap, not coming back.

The definition of discrimination. I'm so disgusted that they are still in business. If you know your customer speaks Spanish, you accommodate with kindness if you want their business. This speaks of terrible customer service practices as well as extreme prejudice and xenophobia.

Very clean and very nice and the employees are so nice and friendly and very willing to help would recommend to everyone the washer are huge and reasonably priced

This laundromat is very clean and well kept. The washing machines are probably the cleanest machines in Florence. Brenda is always helpful if you need anything or have an issue.

The washers glass doors are dirty, and the change machine doesn’t work. The laundry male work finger nails, hands, and appearance is dirty. Look like he hadn’t washed in days. Breath smells like beer and cigarettes. The up keep of the place is terrible to say it’s on the nice side of Florence,

The staff was friendly and very helpful and invited me to return. I had a issue with a washer and the lady attendant was attentive and handled the situation right away without any hesitation. The atmosphere is very pleasant and it is very clean inside and out. I will be doing my laundry at Celebration Laundry from here on out! Goodbye Wash Tub it was ok while it lasted.

Always clean, there is always washers out of use. 2 times I had the dryers take my money then flash a code and wouldn't work, the lady refused to either give me my money back or put the same amount of money in a different dryer for me.
