Nice place! Clean, air conditioned, and plenty of parking. Everyone who works here has been kind and helpful in my experience. Bring cash to load a laundry card, no coin operated options. Also there’s an atm available

The place is pretty clean, but there’s issues with a few of the machines and they never changed the sign indicating that dryers are now 50 cents, the sign still says 40 cents. It’s misleading to me in my opinion. Very uncomfortable to sit and wait inside, it’s hot and humid and they keep the doors closed.

I utilized their drop off laundry service. It’s my first time doing so anywhere, but I felt like it was reasonably priced. I had a full ikea bag, and it was priced based on the weight. I was able to come back later that same day and everything was clean and nicely folded. It also cost a little less bc it was my toddlers clothes! The person who helped me at both drop off and pick up was very friendly and helpful. I’m looking to use this service again in the near future. I cannot speak to the self serve washer/dryers as I only did the drop off service. Oh also it is cash only! Which I didn’t know prior, but there is an atm.

The cleanest laundromat that I've been to. Some of the machine have signs for maintainance. There is a public restroom, handicapped accessible, non smoking, and had an atm. Uses cards not cash to wash and dry. Machines did dry fast and washed decent.

This laundromat has no air, only accepts cash for everything, and workers barely speak any English. The worst laundromat I ever been too. Will never come here ever again.

Coin operated old dirty machines so bring your quarters or cash to get change from the change machine. Too expensive for beat up old machines! No detergent or workers on site and don't buy any detergent next door they know their is none available at the laundrymat so they price gouge, the detergent was nearly double the price anywhere else

Very rude staff. Tried to mention the issue with the machine to the staff and immediately started blaming me, yelling at me , and started speaking her language which by the tone sounded really disrespectful. Overall these whole experience made me feel really uncomfortable (this was my sisters experience I’m simply translating,I am very upset with the story more because I know my sister has difficulties with being able to stand up for herself)

The workers I’ve encountered on multiple occasions are rude and lack good customer service. The machines are digital; a lot of the screens are messed up and you can’t tell what temperature you’re choosing. Also a lot of the washers and dryers have “out of order” and “needs adjustment” signs. There’s a row of washers that are cold water only but there’s no sign to inform customers. The police were called on me because I asked a worker who did not want to be bothered for help with a machine. I was “harassing” her for asking for assistance too many times. 😩 It is clean to the eye. I would not recommend.

I had the absolute worst experience with the wash and fold service. The person at the counter was completely rude to me. She wanted to know why I didn’t have my receipt although I was able to provide her with all identifying information. When she retrieved my clothes she made a smart remark about my clothes being left there for so long (2 weeks because I had become ill - but no need to explain to her). I have never felt so angry with someone that provided me with a service . I told her I would never use that laundromat or service again!!!!

Terrible customer service. Very rude she seemed as if she w as upset that I was dropping off laundry. She stated that they don’t take credit cards when it clearly states on google that they do accept credit cards. This was my first and last time using their service. I was desperate my normal place was full and not accepting any laundry. I also think that this place requires a consumer complaint as she wanted to charge me double price which was totally against what was posted.

Most of the machines usually pass the sniff check. The key card system isn't too difficult to learn. The staff is friendly and the Mat is reliable. Make sure you begin your load before 8:00 pm.

I used to go there and wash my own clothes because they are a clean place and they have a food place next door. Now I just do the drop off and I never had a problem. I pay just a little bit more but I save time that I don't have sitting in my car waiting.

Used the wash and fold service all the time, until now. Unfortunately, I have to fold my own socks, again! My clothes always just smell okay, so I might as well choose somewhere else for now on. I would not recommend The wash and fold service at all.

Floors were not safe. The water ran out a few machines and the worker waited until the end of the night to inspect. The weather outside was wet as well so that contributed tonunsfae conditions. I recommend a better sweep of the floors throughout the day.

Don't like this Laundromat at all. I hate that they use a card system. The people that work there are helpful at allllllll. The patrons inside the were more helpful. I would never go back her unless I absolutely had no other choice. Wish I could rate it 0 stars
