This was the most overpriced cleaners I have ever been to. I only wanted items pressed and it was sooooooo overpriced. $16 for pressing only a casual dress. Not even a “dressy dress” Then I was charged 2 times for a ridiculous environment. This is highway robbery. I have lived in MIA and NYC and it’s never been this outrageously expressive. I will never be back. I’ll be looking for a cleaners that doesn’t rob it’s clients.

I am extremely dissatisfied with the services provided by your company, and frankly, I no longer wish to continue doing business with you. Despite spending $125.00 nearly every month, I consistently encounter issues upon returning home. Specifically, shirts are not properly cleaned, and I request that you group white shirts together and separate colored shirts and pants. It is time for me to explore alternative service providers. Posting again since my review somehow got deleted? Please do NOT use them for expensive silks sarees. This is what happened to mine. I gave them over 2 weeks to investigate and the manager called me back saying it was a manufacturing defect.

Dropped off 8 pieces of clothing and asked that it be ready by Wednesday and was told no problem. I arrive to pick up with my ticket and am told nothing is available. I presented my pickup ticket which says Wednesday pick up. Waited as the person went back to check. I was told 3 sweaters were ready- I did not drop off sweaters. I dropped off a long dress, men's suite (pants, jacket) to include men's dress shirt and tie and my dress and 4 blouses. I received the blouses and dress but not my rest of my husband's suit. We are missing the jacket, tie, and shirt. We are attending a retirement ceremony and now I have to run around to get what we need. I asked the lady at the counter to please call someone asap and please get the rest of his suit before 2pm today. She said I don't think that is going to happen. They were sent out. Sent out? This was my first and last time I will use their services. And I still need my items.

I used this location right up until they deceived me. They called and told me a suit jacket I needed two days before an overseas trip was ruined. They led me to believe that the jacket was a total loss. I frantically bought another jacket for approximately the same price and used it on my trip. When I returned, I sent them the receipt, they refused to reimburse, said it was the liner that was destroyed, and instead they were going to repair the jacket. At no point did they say this was what they intended before I left. So now I am out $250, have one new and one repaired jacket. Trust this establishment to do what is best for them and not the customer. Update: I love the fact that corporate sent me an obvious form letter response to my negative review and didn't even bother to put the [company contact information] into the form letter. At least it uses my name and not [negative reviewer].
