Laundry by SpinXpress - Jester Village

Such an awesome laundromat experience. Customer service is great. Everything is clean and top notch. I’m able to bring a load of laundry here and log into their Wi-Fi and sit to do some work while I wait for the clothes to be done. Can’t recommend enough.

Nice and clean, the place is, awesome friendly jovial and greetful staff as well. Also there are two individual employees there that I want to individualize and give my thanks and acknowledgment of excellent service. Those two employees go by the name of chris, and Deborah! Not only were they extremely helpful, but I thought by far was what I thought af as a great experience and new home of laundry washing lol! Thanks guys! Oh, and I'll be by the weekend for more wash and chat!👍🏾💯

I had a great experience at Laundry by SpinXpress in Houston! The place is clean, well-organized, and equipped with modern machines that make doing laundry fast and easy. I especially want to highlight the excellent service provided by Chris. He was extremely helpful and friendly, taking the time to explain how everything works and making sure I had everything I needed. His attention to detail and positive attitude really stood out. Highly recommend this location — I’ll definitely be coming back. Thank you, Chris, for the outstanding customer service!

Came here with work colleagues because the hotel were in for a long project doesn’t have laundry service. I am so glad I chose this place off Google over another place-it was the pics that won me over. It is clean and Debra was outstanding with her constant cleaning, stay calm when teaching us about the machines, and always being upbeat with all the customers. As a person that does laundry a few times a week when I’m home, this place and Debra’s professionalism, made me feel comfortable. I’ll be back and I told our entire team.

A really pleasant experience! I recommend highly! This place is super clean, bright & cheery😜 I hated the thought of a washateria & had put off going for almost two weeks. Once I got there, my mood changed totally. So neat, organized $ easy to use.i love the 20 minute wash cycles & the various sizes of washers& dryers. The staff was friendly & helpful. Ms Debra was right on time when she saw my confusion. So pleasant & she explained everything- I couldn't tell the washers from the dryers at first🧐🧐 I was done with 2 loads in a little over an hour. Definitely going back!

I live in the other side of inner loop completely worth the drive . The laundry is spotless, Never had to wait on a machine ample appliances in variety of capacity. The staff is friendly helpful that's so hard to find .I was kinda confused first trip but Debra very helpful in showing around. The evenings there's a crew of young men Helpful ENERGETIC guys .All the machines I've used are in correct working order you don't smell them burning in dryer. The usual performers seen at other laundries The ; need 34cents guy The hasn't bathed since Christmas guy The passed out or dead guy The ongoing conversation with no one guy Not Here !!! Laundry is a chore relaxing clean safe place to wash oh ..they don't high Jack prices on Detergent either

I love coming here! Ms Ann and Deborah were so kind when I came in this latest time. The next day wash and fold service is also a life saver! They charge by the bag and not by the weight, so I never hesitate if I need to drop off jeans and heavy jackets. Absolutely love the free popcorn and the cashless system. I’ve referred everyone who lives in the area including my mom.

I came from the south of Houston to this location because the south side location began to flood. Shae was so helpful and patient. She had the facility very clean and neat. She has amazing customer care service and even when a customer came in after last wash she was so nice and let them wash. She’s really worth the drive to come out here and be cared for. I’m glad I ended up having to come to this location!

We love using this location to wash our rugs, comforters, and other large items. We were greeted as soon as we walked in the door. Deborah immediately made recommendations on which size washers to use for our different items. The staff is very attentive and wants to help. I’ve never used wash and fold but I may try it because they fold everything so nicely and take good care of the clothing items. I will continue coming here!

I had such a great first experience at Spinxpress! This was my first time ever using a laundromat, and I wasn’t sure what to expect, but I’m so glad I came here. The space is clean, well-organized, and the machines are modern and easy to use. A special shoutout to Debora, she was incredibly helpful and kind. She walked me through the process, answered all my questions, and made me feel completely comfortable. Her warm and welcoming attitude made a big difference and turned what could’ve been a stressful first visit into a really pleasant one.
