Tommy's Laundromat

This isn't the first time I've been to this laundromat and had problems. I don't go there often because it's the closest to my house. Today, the air conditioning was out, and someone else who was there told me it wasn't there last week either, and that they'd fix it this week. But every time I go, they tell me it'll be next week, and they never fix it. Terrible service.

i came for the first time & the experience was HORRIBLEEEEE ! i told the lady it was my first time & i needed help she directed me to the counter where she told me the minimum payment was $20 which is insane being as though they don’t take cards….. i had to drive 25minutes away for cash & they should have a atm if they don’t take cash … anyways the lady gonn tell me after i just went around the world trying to find a atm that i can’t dry my clothes but she’ll let me wash them so im never going here again it was a whole hassle just to not be able to get the full experience! 0/10 !!!!

Washers were leaking. Dryers half full of wet clothes required almost an hour to dry @ .80 for 10 mins. You don't get free dry and are required to buy a card. Very small laundry mat. And absolutely no heat in there either. I had to keep my coat on while so my laundry and was still cold. I WILL NOT BE GOING BACK. Only went they because my regular laundry mat was crowded.

This Tommy's laundromat is the absolute worst. I will not ever come here again. Every time I come here my clothes never get fully dry and the worker had a problem with letting me put money on my laundry card from my debit card. She comes across as nice but is kind of rude. No Atm here also. It's very small inside too. I love the Tommy's laundromat on Cottman Avenue much better.

Clean and quiet. Wasn't packed the few times I was there. They really need to do something about them dryers that you have to spend all your money in and they still don't dry your clothes. They're are laundromats that give you free dryer service after you use their washers. Time to move my lazy butt around to find a washer & dryer.

The washing machines are great and get your clothes clean. You have to pay for drying. The dryers are old and the business recommends 40 mins start to dry at 35 cents for 10mins. Even at 40mins the clothes are not completely dry.

This laundromat could use some upgrades its outdated. Don’t come unless you have change or cash on hand because you will have to walk to a nearby store to use an atm. I didn’t like that my daughter had to do this. They also make you pay for dryers. Most laundromats are cashless and offer the dryer as a complimentary service for being a customer. Not happy with this.

I hate this laundromat. I swear the dryers are turned down low just so you can keep feeding them. The staff are not the most helpful. They act like you're bothering them when you need assistance. Unlike most laundromats that provide free dry, this one charges you up! AND I HATE THEY DONT HAVE REMOTE DOORS.

I washed my clothes dried them for 40 mins … the clothes are still wet & cold 2 dryers out of 3 this is the second time this happened . When I tell the lady she just says ok didn’t offer to dry my clothes extra or anything

only cash. machine I used was noisy & malfunctioning. Dryer worked fantastic. $6.50 for 30 lb. machine. 80 cents for 10 min. dry. 30 mins was all it took to dry. place was clean & well lit
