The Sudz Laundromat

I’ve generally had mostly pleasant experiences here and appreciate having a clean, convenient laundromat available. However, there’s a big issue when something goes wrong—there’s no one to contact for help. One of the washers I used wouldn’t stop running properly. After the first load’s timer ended, it said “stop,” then spun hard, and then unexpectedly started filling with water again. The display even showed “can’t stop.” I didn’t know what to do because it filled with so much water, and with the type of blanket I was washing, it would have been extremely heavy to move while soaking wet. On top of that, there were people and kids running around, and I didn’t want to risk anyone slipping while I carried it to a dryer. I ended up running (and paying for) another cycle, but the exact same thing happened. The second time, I quickly opened the door right as it stopped spinning and started filling again and just pulled the blanket out. Overall, I like coming here, but there really needs to be a way to reach someone for assistance when machines malfunction. It would make a huge difference for customers in situations like mine.

Ok so it's a clean Laundromat. I'll give them that. And just a week ago it was great! Sent today and they up the prices on washers and dryers. Ok no biggie. Till you get to the dryer and now it's $0.25 for 4 minutes.... Ok it is what it is. I put my 6 quarters in and let it go. Normally it would only be 5 quarters no big deal. Till the dryer was done and the clothes were not. It was an additional $1.50 to get them MOSTLY dry. It's like they jacked up the prices but turn down the heat. 😩 And I even separate one washer I even separate one washer into two dryers so it's not like the dryer was over packed. I'm seriously disappointed cuz I was enjoying going there the last 3 to 4 weeks. I ended up bringing some of my clothes home and hanging them outside on chairs just to finish drying them cuz I got tired of waiting.

They are thieves. I went to do the laundry when trying to change money I put 20 dollars and he scammed me only gave me 8 in coins and there is no phone number or staff who work there. Don't go where these scammers

I've only been in a handful of laundromats, (in a pinch), but this is by far is the nicest one I've been in. Very clean, inviting, and large TVs on every wall. Made my experience less painful.

Very nice laundromat. All washers(many sizes) and dryers are in great condition. Pricing is very good as well. Many folding tables and places to sit down. On site restroom.

Best car wash within 15 mins of Gburg. Dont get lazy and ONLY bring it to the car wash - that wax will seal all the dirt that the wash didn't remove right onto your nice or not so nice car finish. It could finish your finish. Or, it could finish your Finnish if you had any. Treacherous!

I am really impressed with the changes they have made that has made it seem brighter and cleaner. However, the new tables were not made so larger size people can fit into them. They are some what uncomfortable.

Today was my first visit. It is the nicest laundromat I've used in years. Definitely will be using the facility again.

I put my clothes in the washer and it buzzed to let me know that it was done and it said done on the washer, I opened it to pull everything out and put it in the dryer my clothes were SOAKED!! And when I say soaked, I mean a puddle from the washer all the way to the dryer. Needless to say I won’t be going back there again!!

What can I say? It's a laundromat. It is convenient sense it's open 24/7. I just wish people would stop being so ignorant and clean up after themselves.
