24 Hr Laundromat

I go here all the time. The washers arnt always working and a couple of them are out of order and its dirty, but people seriously need to clean up their mess when they are done! So, it is not just solely on the owner its on the people who come do laundry and leave their mess behind!

My clothes didn’t even get washed. I visited this laundromat recently, and unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience. I used three different washing machines at this laundromat, and none of them had water running through, which meant my clothes were essentially just tumbling dry without being washed. There was no staff available to assist, and to make matters worse, there was no number to call for assistance. The place itself looked worn down, and some machines had out-of-order signs. When I told the owner that the machine wasn’t dispensing water, he responded with an angry attitude. Instead of offering help or a solution, he was rude and dismissive. I won’t be coming back.

It's dirty and half of the time machines are out of order. There is no door to the bathroom. Recently the water to the sink in the bathroom was turned off.

Horrible place rude people and the detergent machine will eat your money no matter what you try.

Took 20 minutes for the repair to happen. Had to call and got voicemail the first time with no return call. The machine was "quarters stuck" as per the repair man. The dryers randomly open as well. I know they are trying to upgrade but definitely an unpleasant experience.

Definitely busy with decent prices. Some of the machines need serviced as quite a few are out of order or have some other issues.

This place has bugs I just walked in and seen roaches running on the washer. I left obviously

Zero stars. Machines are filthy. Clothes consistently come out smelling like mildew and an old laundry basket, much worse than before they went in, even with double the amount of detergent and four dryer sheets. The owner obviously doesn't respect their customers.

This place has mold in almost every washer, the dryers reek. Was getting some quarters to throw in my cup holder and the owner had the audacity to come out and say I'm stealing from him... He said he doesn't want to run to the bank to get quarters.... You don't even clean your business now you can't even be bothered to get quarters lol.. No bathroom door, half the machines dont work. Why anyone would do laundry there is beyond me.

I would give this place no stars it’s disgusting. The place is full of trash. 60%Of the machines are out of order and dirty. The machines they do have barely work.I figured it would be nice since it’s in westmont. There is no attendant there. Bathroom don’t have a door. First and Last time going there.. Only went because I just moved and didn’t get my washer and dryer hooked up yet. But I will never spend my money there again.
