Speed Queen Coin Laundry

Used to love this place. It's small and quiet.. however now they're not 24 hour anymore. The last time we went there, we were in the car getting our stuff together and the short Oriental lady literally came and told us to go, go now. We felt like we were in the Twilight zone. Never go back there again. Incredible and professional.

I had a negative experience here with one of the washers having had some debris inside that got on my comforter. I contacted the management and he was very quick to offer me a refund. I went back later, used a different machine, and my comforter is now clean as can be. Great little place. I recommend.

They're NOT 24/7 anymore which made a inconvenient when I get here via taxi with a lot of laundry. I'm waiting g till 5am when they open, but why the change? Literally it's 1 of like2-3 that was 24/7. Nort everyone works a 9- 5 job and has a car. Plz bring it back! Thx

OUTRAGEOUS!! Super rude and disrespectful. The lady who works here walks up to random people to complain about others. I’m thoroughly disgusted with the treatment that I have received here just trying to clean my laundry peacefully and leave yet, I was being harassed and she wouldn’t leave me alone and kept following me around. Most of the washer leak but don’t say out of order just to scam .I will never come back to this place ever again and also seven dollars for a small wash is outrageous. This place is ripping people off.

My husband and I were doing laundry. We were working hard drying and folding our laundry when the employee working the evening shift was very rude telling us to move our clean laundry to the floor. She assumed our laundry was dirty sitting on a table when actually we were waiting for a dryer. She told us to hurry and leave so she could clean. It was 45 minutes till closing. She told us not to touch the glass on any appliances and that she didn't want to be here either. So unprofessional, critical and completely out of line. I would not recommend this facility to anyone this employee should be grateful she has a job although customer service is not her strong point.

I will NEVER use this place again!! For starters the dryers have NEVER FULLY dried my laundry in 3 years moving here and the Asian people don't seem to care that their equip malfunctions. But I will tell you what she does care about .. talking trash about other customers in Spanish. DONT ASSUME people don't understand what you are saying HOW RUDE and to tell me that because it's raining to NOT use a basket cart when I'm struggling and it's pouring rain??! Get a life and leave people alone. Snooping around their dirty clothes in the washers .. How bizarre these people are .. YOUVE BEEN WARNED

The people run the facility we're not responding to any forms that I tried to communicate for a refund after there machines charged my card and then said out of order.. Very poor management skills and customer service!!

I recently visited this laundromat and had a terrible experience. The cleaning lady that comes at night was extremely rude, constantly making unnecessary comments. She even went up to cars in the parking lot, banging on people's windows to check if they were washing their clothes there. It was very intrusive and made the whole visit uncomfortable.

I LOVE this laundromat. There is a store and a taco place next door, as well as tons of fast food locations nearby if you're hungry while you wait. The washers work AMAZING, and the giant dryers even more so, I had 3 loads in one massive dryer and they dried in 22 minutes. I paid 21 dollars to wash SEVEN loads of laundry. I won't go anywhere else now. The change machine works great, the place was clean and there are tables and chairs to relax and wait. My overall experience was wonderful. 5/5 would most definitely recommend.

I love that it's open super early at 5AM. It's always clean when I've been there in the morning. Price is easy on the pocket, and the change machine has never Not worked, like other laundry businesses.
