Cedar Street Laundry

Must buy a card using cash only. What a PITA. Money left on card cannot be refunded. Just causes more hassle than it's worth. Place is clean though. Was told one machine would not use enough water to clean cloths but was left to operate. Should be out of service

Michelle is great! While visiting my Mom recently, the main pipe from her home to the street, plugged, "shutting down" use of her washer! Mom and I are impressed with Michelle's kindness and help! Cedar Street Laundry is a very nice laundromat, too... though Michelle makes it THE BEST in the area! :)

Meh. Yeah, this place has better prices than others — if you can put up with things like 1) the lady who has the key to the card-add-value-for-cash machine is actually there (she’s supposed to be there until 3:30, but sometimes isn’t!) and 2) once you do load the card, you have to futz with the sloppy card readers to get them to work — especially on the dryers. 3) the bins to catch and load/unload you clothes are the wrong height for the machines. I give up on this place. Typical Coos Bay business that really doesn’t try that hard — they’d never make it in New York! (sigh/LOL)

Love this laudromat. Always clean and always working great. The attendant there named michelle has always been very nice, proffessional and is always keeping the place clean. I wont go anywhere else. I give it a 5 star rating. Thanks Cedar Street

Do not use this laundry. Machines are Jenky to the point of frustration. You should be able to go into a business and not lose money. This place works on their cash card only that you have to load up. The machine does not give you your excess money back nor do they carry a monetary value. Avoid at all costs better off stinking or doing the clothes in the river.

I had to get one of their cards to be able to use their machines 2 years ago. Back then it was nice neat and clean all the machines were 100% working. Then they had a dryer fire, for their machines have been down ever since. When I went there this year they're all boarded up the floor was dirty and there was no way I was folding my clothes on their tables. However, they're washing machines work really really well so I appreciated being able to do all my laundry in one load. I really wish they get their act together and fix their machines and have someone in there to clean regularly. And I'm really angry that they took away the restroom.

Got there at 9:10 pm, lady told me i couldn't wash or dry anything. They close at 10 and the open sign is still on.... Wth

Went here as I had to pick some one up at Walmart thought I would do laundry there instead of Coquille. Says on door it doesn't use cash having never used a coin less laundromat before had questions Whatever her name is that was there 10/17/24 at 9:00 is a rude as all get out woman. Had attitude because a machine was poorly marked as non working. Fine my fault for not seeing the white sign on top the letters instead of on the door where you would look as you grab the handle. Then got snippy and raised voice at me when I didn't understand that I couldn't use my debit card since I only thought coinless ment I use my own card. Won't be going back literally ever lol. Worth it to just drive to coquille to the 24hr one.

Usually a really good place unless you happen to need to do laundry anytime in the evening considering the on site attendant can't even get ppl a card or add money to a card to do your laundry, pretty disappointing

Couldn't use it because you have to load money onto one of their cards and when I put money in it said it was out of new cards. Also about 10% of the machines is out of order/broken. Went to freedom laundry instead and it took coins and had way more machines for cheaper

The place is always clean, & and quiet. I've never had to wait for a machine. However often the laundry cards do not work in the machines without finageling it. The water sometimes has a smell, but not always. Like everywhere its expensive.
